The hotel environment is quiet good but it is on second floor so it was hard for us to come up with our heavy luggages. However, the staff was good and helpful. Thanks for their saving for the big luggages.

Place was very clean, the shower does not work properly and hot Water don’t running more than 10 min :(, everything else clean and close to train station was very helpful

TERRIBLE/TERRÍVEL. Lugar escuro, elevador mal cabe uma pessoa, ar condicionado não funciona direito, o banheiro somente uma criança consegue tomar banho, cama desconfortável, reservei duas noites, mas sai já no começo do segundo dia, fui pedir um acordo com o Guest, e ele foi super grosso, dizendo que sabia “quem eu era” e que ia contatar a polícia. Sou usuário da HOTELS.com ha anos, e nunca tive queixas, mas esse lugar realmente não é indicado! A única comodidade é ser próximo à estação, APENAS!

This B&B is close to the train station and also very close to the city center, making it an ideal place to live.

Beautiful room and the host was easy to deal with. The large bottle of water awaiting our arrival was a welcome suprise. The proximity to the train station and the old section of La Spezia cannot be beat.

Excellent location for exploring Cinque Terre and La Spezia. Close to station, clean and very helpful staff with excellent communication including entry to property. Great stay.

Un super séjour ! Des draps et des serviettes changés régulièrement et le lit refait chaque jour. Très bien situé proche de la gare et spacieux.

This property’s location was fantastic!!! However we had room two and it didn’t have a balcony which was a bit disappointing

Super convenient location to the train station to get to Cinque Terre. Small room. Unfortunately had issues with the air conditioning unit during stay (wasn't pumping out cool air when we were staying there in 30 degree heat) but good communication from host who was trying to help. Lift up to apartment was appreciated, although it was a tight squeeze for 1 person and a larger suitcase. Shower unit is a bit narrow.

Nice apartment very close to train station and the pedestrian area. Don’t let the street view fool you - nice and quiet place! 3 min to pedestrian zone, less than 15 min to boats to Cinque Terre.

Fint rom, men elendig renhold. Bodde der i 4 netter, fikk ikke rene håndklær, eller vask av rommet. Fordelen var at det var veldig nært togstasjon

Tolle zentrale Lage. Zimmer und Bett grundsätzlich gut jedoch war die eine Wandecke ziemlich schimmelig. Bad ist auch äußerst klein und bietet kaum Ablagefläche. Kommunikation mit Host lief reibungslos.

Fantastic room in excellent location. Only 200m from Pisa Centrale station, perfect for exploring Cinque Terre. Only a few minutes away from lots of bars and restaurants. The shower was a little on the small side but everything else was excellent

Muy buena ubicación muy cerca de la estación de tren.

The property is in a great location very close to the railway. It is remote entry and there are a couple of things older people should be aware of. Access to the elevator in the property requires carrying luggage up a flight of stairs and the elevator is small. Despite the promotional photos there was no outside balcony from room 2 . The room was very comfortable with tea facilities however if you like anything but green tea bring your own supplies or visit the convenient supermarket next door to the property. The shower has access problems for those of us who maybe a little rotund but the water is good and hot. A mixed bag perhaps, but all in all a good place to stay if access to the rail station is important and there are plenty of good restaurants in the local area. Thankyou for the stay.
