洛坎达西尔瓦酒店

飯店位置離聖馬克廣場很近，步行一下即可到達！公共區域有提供水跟茶包還有沙發可以休息，房間設施較為簡單但也已足夠。飯店沒有電梯需爬樓梯，但我們只有輕便行李所以沒有影響。中午12點後就可以入住很方便，退房後也可以免費寄放行李，就地點跟價格而言是威尼斯本島住宿不錯的選擇。

Great location. The staffs were really nice and helpful. The reception, the restaurant staff and the cleaning staff, they were all so nice and friendly. I even wouldn’t like to leave on my last day. One week in Venice was like a dream, and I wish I could stay here longer next time.

地點位置很難找，住在高層抬行李上樓有些吃力。早餐只有麵包選擇。房間都很舒服及整㓗。因近聖馬可廣場，可以隨時回酒店休息。

Bel hôtel, bien situé au centre de Venise, le personnel rien à dire, propreté à améliorer ( pas mal de poussière sous les lits!) le petit déjeuner équilibré et grand merci à la dame qui s’occupe du restaurant très gentille et agréable un coup de cœur❤️

Hotel confortável e com boa localização. Bom atendimento. Única ressalva é o café da manhã ruim, sem opção de proteína (sem ovos) e sem frutas, com muita coisa industrializada.

Sehr zentrales Hotel, gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal. Einziges Manko, Zimmer in der 4. Etage ohne Aufzug, aber das wussten wir ja vorher, deshalb kein Abzug.

6 story walk up to my room, no lift. Glass shower door came off runner when trying to close. Changed towels after only one use. Plastic cup in room wrapped in plastic. Had to keep window open for ventilation. Only 1 working socket in room. Really tucked away. You get what you pay for.

Staff was great and breakfast. Room was ok, they made the beds and change the towels every day. The was washroom was stinky, the beds were very hard but in general it was fine and well located.

Staff is very helpful. Everything was perfect. Actually the Locanda Silva is a great location to visit Venice. Close of all attractions by foot and close of water transportation.

4 flights of dirty carpet stairs to a room filled with mosquitos and dead ones on the walls. Broken shower head. Tiny bathroom. Super old and gross. Sign in the room said “sorry the government won’t let us update” hmm ever heard of paint and some modern furniture? Thinking the reviews in here are fake because it was not even close to good.

The room I had was starting to look really run down and it was dirty even after the cleaning. I mean the walls had stain, the curtain had stain, the bed frame hadn't been dusted probably in weeks and the floor had dirt and dust on it. There was also few little ant roaming around the room every day. The air conditioner (which I didn't use) was dripping water to my bed. I understand that it's probably always damp in Venice, and that is why it is like that, but it's not nice to have a wet bed to go to. Breakfast was simple and OK, nothing special. The location is the best thing about this place and it is amazing. But if you are a light sleeper, you should know that there is not any sound proofing from the outside or the inside. So you might need some earplugs if you want to sleep before twelve or don't want to wake up before six.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, our room had everything we needed and breakfast was very tasty with lots of choice! The location was perfect and so handy for walking around the city! Would definitely recommend

What a lovely place to stay in the heart of Venice! Close to all the big attractions but quiet and off the beaten path. The team were very kind and helpful! Would absolutely stay again!

Muy buena localización próxima a la plaza San Marcos. La señora que se encargaba del desayuno era súper amable y simpatica ( un 10 como persona). El desayuno nos sorprendió gratamente. Como puntos negativos no hay ascensor, muchas hormigas en la habitación llevamos cena y al dia siguiente estaba todo infestado de hormigas. Mala insonorizacion de la habitacion, se escucha hasta la respiración de los huéspedes de al lado.
