Would recommend this hotel, you won’t be disappointed, the view is magnificent, breakfast has great selection and the staff so helpful. Luigi was top notch and gave us great recommendations.

It was not our first time at Marincanto hotel we have been there in the past. It is where we got engaged and we wanted to return here for our honeymoon as it was very special to us. There is a guy who works there named Paolo who is just amazing. He takes care of you. He makes you feel at home with reservations with help around the property. Any information about Positano he just knows how to make it that much more special all the staff there are amazing. The restaurants and the views are excellent and the hotel location is 10 out of 10. You have a private beach just two minute walk down the steps to the water. There isn’t much more you can ask for I promise you you love this place especially if you were looking for romantic/family getaway.

This property is overpriced for the mediocre rooms they offer.
Our door handle was broken, the bathroom hardware needed to be seriously upgraded & shower clogged.
We mentioned it to the manager and his reply was they would look into it.
The only redeeming quality was the view.
Servers were polite but extremely slow.
I wish I could give a better rating but for the money they charge, they should upgrade their facilities

This Hotel was spectacular. I wish we had been able to stay longer. Everything was amazing.
Beautiful pool, wonderful beach and gorgeous views. Beware the stairs. It’s a steep long climb from the lobby to the pool & beach but well worth it. (Do NOT forget anything if you’re headed to beach or pool because it will be tiring to go get it! lol)
We cannot wait to return.

Great time. We enjoyed are stay. We also attended a wedding there and it was amazing. The mattress is quite firm. Coming from another hotel that was priced a little bit lower ($150 or so) I thought it might be a little better, but they included in room drinks daily, waters, sodas, and more coffee options. That would have been an extra incentive. Other than that the staff is amazing. We had a great time.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Marincanto. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and accommodating. There are too many wonderful people to mention, but a special thank you to Paolo, the concierge, who went above and beyond to help us plan amazing dinners and excursions that made our trip unforgettable. Chito, Dino, Jason, Mary, and Anita were also exceptional and made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay.
The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking, picturesque views around every corner. We especially loved having access to the private beach, and the breakfast buffet each morning was phenomenal—one of the highlights of our stay.
Thank you to the entire team for creating such beautiful memories for us. We cannot wait to return to Hotel Marincanto and experience its magic again! Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The breakfast and coffee were great, along with a beautiful view to enjoy it! My wife and I really enjoyed walking down the stairs to the private beach where lawn chairs and towels were provided for free. A must stay!
