This hotel has a lot of bad reviews and frankly I don't get it. The staff was helpful and friendly, calling us a cab at 5 am for our early flight. The room had very nice amenities including a smart TV, a toiletry kit, mini fridge and free water bottles. We had massive windows that overlooked the main road which yes of course was noisy but that's to be expected at an hotel right next to an airport. Yes the walls were thing but we had no issues with falling asleep. Only downside is you really can't walk to the airport and we had to get food delivered as there isn't a restaurant but that was done within five mins of ordering.

Une bonne surprise après lectures des différents commentaires. La chambre était spacieuse, propre, la salle de bain nickel, le lit confortable, le linge propre et doux, mini frigo avec de l'eau... Alors oui, en effet, on est en bout de piste, sur une avenue très passante, l'isolation est inexistante. Mais faut faire des choix. Pour le prix, avec parking gratuit, et à 10mn de l'aéroport, il faut faire des compromis. En revanche non, ce n'est pas un 4 étoiles, deux tout au plus.

To refer to this as a four star hotel is not just inaccurate but simply deceptive. This is a two star budget hotel.
The courtyard is full of trash. The planters are damaged and full of weeds. They will not greet you with even a glass of water. Instead they sweep up a dead cockroach as they make you a paid cup of coffee.
The rooms are extremely small and have not been renovated in years- although we did not find bugs in the room.
The bathroom is so small it is barely serviceable. The only positives are good quality towels and location to the airport.
I would never recommend or stay here again.

Hotellet saknade restaurang trots att det står i beskrivningen. Fjärrkontrollen till tv funkade inte, någon ny erbjöds ej. Oerhört lyhört. Inte alls prisvärt och inte värt 4 stjärnor. Fågelvägen till flygplatsen var 400 m men gångvägen var 1400 meter, vilseledande i beskrivningen.

Hótalið hefur 4 stjörnur, en fyrir hvað er óvissa. Herbergin sóðaleg, sturta sem lekur, veggir herbergis subbulegir, loftkæling hávaðasöm og óútreiknanleg auk þess sem allskyns aukahljóð voru í herberginu þó svo slökkt væri á loftkælingu. Umhverfið í kringum hótelið var sóðalegt. Myndi aldrei bóka hótelið aftur. En morgunmaturinn var góður, ferskir ávextir en vont kaffi.

Stayed here because of proximity to the NAP airport. Turns out it is about a 15 minute walk, which it was fine for me since I was traveling with only a backpack. Taxi is about €20+ euros for a couple miles drive so beware. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they were there for me when I also needed help with the A/C unit. There’s a bar on property that was open until 11pm and they recommended a pizza delivery service which was delicious and speedy. This is not in a walkable area with bars/shops/restaurants, and I’d be cautious in walking to the airport during day. The hotel served the purpose of a very clean room and “convenience “ to the airport. Given that there aren’t many options in the area, I would stay again if I had an early morning flight like I did this time. Price seemed higher than it should be for the quality of the beds and local economy, but hey…. They’re close to the airport.

The room was clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable, although another pillow would have been good. Aircon worked brilliantly and all the staff were very approachable and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with a huge choice to eat. It was also really convenient for the airport.

I would not recommend staying here unless you have absolutely no other alternatives. The area is very rough. The hotel rooms look nothing like they do in the photos. The bathrooms are not clean. All of the metal is rusted. I felt like the rooms were not clean. The walls were completely scratched and stained.

Alltså det här är ett flygplatshotell och ska man inte åka tidigt eller kommer väldigt sent så finns det väl ingen anledning att bo här? Om, som i vårt fall, man ska åka tidigt så är hotellet helt okej. Personalen är totalt ointresserade, restaurangen stängd. Men det går att få en take away pizza i kartong och en mellanöl därtill. Inget ställe att hänga på direkt men funkar ändå bra för ändamålet - alternativen är sämre så vi kommer att bo här igen nästa gång av samma anledning.

It was a great disappointment in a terrible neighborhood. Very sparse accommodations felt more like an army Barrrick than a hotel.
Should not have been on your website filthy Neighbourhood. Unsavory people always hanging around. Very disappointed in Hotels.com for having this on their website.
