I enjoy my stayed. Small petite room but it clean and stylish 💕Loved the breakfast in the morning and my walk to the shops, the metro Spagna, and restaurants. I Highly Recommended!

Lovely stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable with a park-facing view (pleasant, not stunning). Staff were the standout: the concierge gave great dinner recommendations, and everything we wanted to see was an easy walk.
One note for travelers: after turndown service one evening, our room door was left open. We came back to find it that way. The front desk addressed it kindly when we raised it. Worth a quick check on your way out.
I love the nhow brand, the aesthetic, the locations, the design. Would absolutely stay here again.

Location is not ideal, quite a distance to restaurants/coffee shops; sandwiched between two VERY busy thoroughfares and as such it’s extremely loud at all hours. Hotel not at all as presented online, it’s very dated, especially bathrooms (moldy tiles in the tiny tub/shower): the decor is a tacky mess with neon lights, faux flowers adorning plaster statues, and terrible wallpaper throughout. We were so disappointed. All made worse by a dismissive front desk team who were the opposite of welcoming, was told there’s a €10 charge for ice to chill the complimentary bottle provided as part of our Expedia booking. Will not be returning or recommending.

Pensa num lugar gostoso! Hotel lindo, moderno, cheiroso, confortável. Quarto espaçoso, banheiro imenso, cama enorme e maravilhosa, toalhas macias, ducha deliciosa! Funcionários muito educados e simpáticos, nos ajudaram no que precisávamos. Destaque para o excelente atendimento da Loretta na recepção, uma querida!
Localização estratégica, fizemos praticamente tudo a pé. O Coliseu não é tão próximo (uns 45 minutos a pé), mas dá para ir caminhando tranquilamente se não estiver com pressa e apreciar a beleza da cidade. O hotel tem um lindo bar, mas não tivemos tempo de ir, também não tomamos o café da manhã. Recomendo muito a hospedagem!

Vi ble ønsket velkommen i forkant og de spurte oss om hvordan vi ønsket å opplevele Roma. Noe som for oss var en kjærestetur. Da ble vi overrasket med en flaske prosecco og en balkong til knyttet vårt rom. Noe vi satte stor pris på. Super service og personale som følger opp med renhold, mat og det du måtte trenge. Beliggenheten rett ved Borghese parken var for oas helt super, vi løp i 3 morninger og hadde sentrum en kort gå distanse unna til de store severdighetene. Kan anbefales varmrt.

The breakfast was phenomenol. Tons of delicious options. The restaurant was the best restaurant in a hotel we have been to. The whole hotel is unique and breathtaking. Beautifully thought out. Our teens loved it. The hotel is by far the greatest hotel we have stayed in. They even left us waters at night and candu on our pillows. Great location and friendly and helpful satff. Will stay here every time we come to Rome!

Perfect location. Staff were great.only disappointing think was my son had left his head phones in room, but we all ready checked out. Went back 4 hours later to collect bags and told reception about him leaving his headphones, however they were not handed in! Lessons learned.

Staff was welcoming and available to help with any questions. Concierge and front desk assisted with making dinner reservations and ordering taxis. Room was clean and well organized. A bit small for 2 travelers with 2 medium suitcases. Comfy bed and pillows. Close enough to walk to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. A plus is the laundry service.
