奥特莱斯威特酒店

It has been a very disappointing stay in this apartment It can basically included in below 4 points 1. according to the regulation the place mentioned itself, the reception should be opened at 11am. Yet we did not see anyone in the reception at nearly 1200noon. By calling the owner a few times, he then came to reach us 15 to 20 minutes later. Thus fake opening time causing us to waste plenty of time outside the hotel with our luggage 2. Our booking include breakfast, yet the so called breakfast is two croissant stick in a plastic bag with a coffee machine in our room. So as a small box of cereal and milk. I think this is not a tourist expect an included breakfast is 3. The water heater in our room is shared with two rooms. The owner knocked on our door at 1000 and said it has to be repaired because the other roomheat is not working. Not only did he came in and out for few times but he needs us to allow his access in the afternoon without our present to fix the water heater, claim that he will not touch our stuff but we saw our stuff does being moved yet nothing missing 4 This hotel is not allowed to have our baggage stored in it claimed that there is "no omeone looking at " which cause us many extra money as Venice station cost euro6 for 5 hours of keeping 1 luggage.

It is spacious with reasonable price.

酒店的地理位置非常棒，附近有中餐馆，而且对于开车去威尼斯是最好的选择，把车子停在酒店，走300米就是公交车站，1.5欧到威尼斯，避免拥堵和停车的困扰。 酒店的服务也很好，信息绝对有用。

1.飯店老闆親切有有紳士風度!!仔細介紹飯店附近以及威尼斯的交通、景點以及餐廳，聽說我們想吃中式料理，還親自帶我們到餐館!!是個對威尼斯以及自己的飯店很有熱情的老闆!! 2.飯店到威尼斯坐公車大約十五到二十分鐘，不需要到車站，飯店轉角就有公車站牌，交通方便。 3.附的早餐較偏向小點心，男生會有些吃不飽

こちらからの問合せに、全て丁寧に対応していただけたので安心できた。 オンラインチェックインに関しては、入力後に動作しているかがよくわからなくなり不安ではあるものの、その後にルームキーなどのメッセージをもらえたので、非常に手厚くして貰えた。

Il proprietario è davvero un ottima persona, risponde sempre al telefono per qualsiasi informazione. comodo parcheggio sotto casa, (forse sarebbe da scrivere o comunicare che tipo di macchina, in quanto il cancello è stretto, con un suv non ci si passa). Gentilissima la signora che ci ha accolti per darci le chiavi. La camera era pronta nel pomeriggio, quindi siamo entrati la sera. abbiamo preso la suite, con una camera davvero grande. riguardo la pulizia purtroppo ho notato un bagno leggermente sporco e un bozzolo di capelli nel corridoio. Io avevo la colazione, per 10 euro non vale la pena. Dalle foto del sito sembra una colazione che ti viene fornita in camera, in realtà si tratta di cose già presenti nella stanza. Brioche confezionate, due yogurt magri e le cialde per il caffè. Mi aspettavo corrispondesse a un altro tipo di colazione.

Ottima la posizione dell'affittacamere, che è raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti dalla Stazione FS Venezia Mestre. Da migliorare il fatto della "colazione inclusa", che in questo caso secondo me è preferibile proporla all'ospite con una convenzione presso un Bar di zona vicino alla struttura, e non come avviene adesso. Cosa fondamentale secondo me è la presenza di una persona al momento dell'arrivo, momento in cui avviene la consegna delle chiavi, e così si consegnano copia dei documenti personali… .

Ein sehr schönes Hotel für Familien. Die Frühstückslösung ist etwas ungewöhnlich. (Kaffeeautomat und Kühlschrank im Zimmer zur Selbstversorgung). Leider war nie Personal anwesend und die Rezeption war die komplette Zeit geschlossen, Kontakt nur über Handy möglich.

체크인하는데 아무도 오지 않았다. 전화도 되지 않아 1시간이나 기다렸다 아무방이나 들어갔는데, 아니라고 해서 밤 11시에 짐을 다시 싸서 옮겼다. 이런 경험은 처음,, 주변이 어두워 밤에 늦게 오는 여자분은 비추. 방은 사진대로 넓은편이나, 화장실이 좀 찜찜했다.

Easy to find and central to shopping area comfortable bed

Overall very nice! Convenient location for bus, food, and self-service laundry. Nice room over all but the show room was a bit rusty. Very friendly staff.

Absence de réception (elle était toujours fermée), mais réponse rapide via Whatsapp. Chambre propre et grande. À proximité des arrêts de bus et de la gare de train. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Das Frühstück aus dem Kühlschrank war eher dürftig.

Cheap, 25-30minutes from Venice entrance by foot and bus, clean room inside but house needs to be furnitered outside.

Buena ubicación, limpio, pero no funcionaba bien ni la calefacción, ni el secador de pelo. Desayuno autoservicio, poca variedad.

Overall it is very good place for that money. Calm and clean.
