O hotel e equipe são excelentes! Time de concierge sempre disponível para ajudar e com boas dicas da cidade. O quarto é ótimo, amenities maravilhosos (Davines) e a limpeza impecável. Passamos natal e reveillon e a equipe toda super atenciosa, acolhedora e gentil. O hotel ainda teve o cuidado de nos presentear com cerâmicas artesanais lindas, em homenagem ao período de festas. Voltaremos!

Room was clean but it’s kind of dark. It would be nice to have a lamp for extra light as I was in the 1st floor with only a small window. Staff is nice but I was incredibly disappointed that the rooftop was closed for the season. Nothing about the rooftop being seasonal was mentioned on the website. Many other hotel rooftops were open and I went to those instead. Hotel Eden’s and the NH’s is very nice.

The staff on arrival and the check-in was very professional and friendly. The room was as usual clean and comfortable. The main restaurant breakfast buffet was first class and the dinner was also very good. The dinner menu needs more options. I had ordered and received four cappuccinos and ALL were not even warm and had zero froth and was told by the staff that this is how it is served in Rome! Extremely disappointing and far from the truth based on other restaurants.

This hotel was s VERY overpriced. The room service was so high- I was charged 47.09e for a club sandwich. I heard other gusts complaining about the restaurant and the bar. The hot only was some of the time. The property was clean and quiet and I liked the location but there were many other hotels near by. I will not stay again but opt to stay at one of the many Hotels in the same location.

Amazing hotel, wonderful staff, convenience

We loved being able to walk from the hotel to various shops, restaurants and attractions. The hotel staff were welcoming and very helpful being our first time to Rome. We ate at the coffee shop for breakfast and the Lounge one night for dinner and cocktails and all were great.

Very expensive, and very small rooms We upgraded to better available rooms and still very small. Tough to manoeuvre with luggage and toiletries…. Tight space constraints

Loved my stay. Room was made available early after a long flight - which was very much appreciated. Room was clean, gorgeously fit out and with every amenity you could need. Located a short walk from Spanish Steps, there is plenty around to keep you busy. Loved the rooftop. Very peaceful place to spend the morning. One small disappointment was a restaurant concierge recommended. It was height of August and vacation time, so appreciate not that many options. However I saw a number of people from the hotel there, seems concierge could be a little more creative with their options. Overall had the best stay, and would recommend to everyone.

Great hotel and service staff! Loved the main floor restaurant and bar as well as the roof top pool/cocktails and roof top pizza patio with wonderful views of Rome. The food over all was very good, however, the pizza was the best I've ever had. Came to learn that the pizza was award winning. Can't wait to return to Rome and stay at W Rome again.

We had to complaint about the AC. it would not cool. We stayed for 5 days. Disappointed on a 5 start hotel like this one. It could have been handled differently.

Good overall

Modern, clean, and exceptionally well-maintained hotel in a great location in walking distance to many of the attractions: 10-30 min. Helpful and professional staff are available for mostly tourist client. Quality food at the hotel as well but expect to pay hotel prices for food. Plenty of great restaurants are within 2 blocks in each direction. Highly recommended.

My room was occupied by someone else. Hotel failed to let me know in advance, and I had to stay in a room I did not want to stay initially. Gym is good, restaurant downstairs is great- good food options and quality. Kids friendly. Pizza on the top floor restaurant is not good. Would not come back. Lack of communication is beyond my understanding. In 2025 is beyond simple to let your guest know about change in a booking arrangements prior their visit.
