It is very close to the railway station.

我住單人床房間，因格局屬長方形，打開行李箱後會覺得空間有點窄，但浴室大小正常，房間室內乾淨舒適。旅館離火車站走路僅五分鐘很近，出門去搭Metro or Bus都很方便，附近巷子裡也有很多餐廳選擇。旅館整體上都很好，未來到羅馬會考慮再預定的。

Easily accessible via walk with luggage from train station. Very clean and comfortable room. The morning breakfast was ok - nothing spectacular but certainly enough to get our day started. Staff were so very helpful.

Staff were incredibly helpful. Very responsive to messaging with questions and were very flexible with check in/out time. Great location, good restaurants nearby. Highly recommend.

The room was clean and modern. Bed was comfortable and the room was a decent size. They even have complimentary slippers!

Reception staff were quite rude upon arrival. We booked a room for 2 adults and a 3 year old. I didn't realise our booking was for a double occupancy room. I have never encountered a booking system to allow a double occupancy room to be booked for 3 people. The hotel explained we would all need to sleep in one bed, no extra bed could be provided. We ended up paying an additional 50euros to upgrade to a triple room. The room was okay - clean and everything you needed but quite dark and dingy. The aircon unit was very noisy and leaked water all over the floor. We didn't report this as it happened in the night before the morning we were leaving and the reception team were not particularly friendly or helpful. Breakfast doesn't start until 7am so bear this in mind if you are leaving early. We paid for breakfast but had to leave at 6.45am. We requested a takeaway breakfast box at 6pm the evening before, but were told this needed to be requested the previous morning and were met with shrugged shoulders. The breakfast attendant did allow us to grab a pastry each upon leaving but nothing else provided eg hot drinks to takeaway. Overall a clean bed for the night but would not stay again.

From the moment I arrived the experience was delitefull close to train station easy to find. Staff went out of their way to help me with anything I asked I will return.

Julieta and Ace were amazing! They were the front desk hosts. They both were so friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay very pleasant. Arianna was one of the servers in the restaurant. Every morning she greeted us with a big smile and made us feel welcome. The breakfast choices each morning were plentiful. Arianna cleaned our room each day and provided us fresh clean towels. She always left the room clean, tidy and smelling fresh. Thank you to these 3 amazing staff who made our stay at YES Hotel our home away from home! The hotel is situated in a central area making walking to tourist sights easily accessible. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone who plans to visit Rome.

El hotel es conveniente por su cercanía a la central Termini a solo 2 cuadras. El personal atento y amable pero la propiedad es antigua y necesita remodelación. El desayuno muy básico y no me pareció de buena calidad. Por lo demás bien

Great location for Roma Termini and air conditioning was nice. Had to leave too early for breakfast so can’t comment. Bathroom was nice and big. The instant coffee packets could use an upgrade to Nescafé haha. Staff recommended a reasonable and good restaurant very close.

I entered through a different entrance than the lobby. It was a beautiful property, but I was surprised by how small the room and bed were. The towels were also a bit old and worn out. I wish there had been another bath towel. However, the room was comfortable as it had access to the courtyard. It was convenient because it was close to the station, but the town was dirty. I even stepped in gum. But I would use it again.
