The view from our 5th floor ocean view was amazing. Pools and property were properly cleaned. Food was good overall but you want reservations at a restaurant make sure to book 2-3 days ahead. Lots of activities were Included so make sure to take advantage of those. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

We stayed at Couples Tower Isle from April 14th through the 19th. The resort could hardly be any better. Although my partner fell and injured her back getting off the snorkeling boat on day 3, we still loved the resort. The Good: The food, the drink preparations, the ambiance, the International night(?) dining by the pool on Saturday night, and the awesome staff. Room for improvement: Even before arriving, we both wanted to take the shuttle to the nearby Couples Sans Souci for the day, but we were told all 4 of the days we were there were booked...with 12 people on the 'cancellation list'. That tells me there was no way in HEdoubleLL we even had a chance to go even before we arrived. If you list this as an amenity, at least make sure you can accommodate everyone. Other than that, we want more...so we will see you NEXT April...it's already booked.

Everything about the resort was amazing and beautiful. Ever since I’ve left, I can only think about going back! The staff were amazing, food was amazing, and just overall it was such a wonderful place to be. I will be back!!

Property was beautiful

You will not be disappointed!! Everyone is very polite, happy to see you at any hour, and will get you whatever you need. The food is excellent at all the restaurants. The rooms are clean and the beach view is amazing. Even on red flag days we had a great time. And the entertainment daily as well as nightly is well planned.

I am very dissatisfied with my experience, I was there for five days and I saw 10 roaches in the room. They were in the bathroom on the sink and all over the room. I notify the from desk when I saw the first three and no one came to spray the room. Also the bathroom had mold in the shower. The room had a potent smell and I had to spray my perfume to get rid of the smell. I try to make the best of my short stay celebrating my tenth wedding anniversary. Not sure if I will return.

If you’re going for a chill vibe for vacation. This is definitely the place. So peaceful and relaxing. The workers are so helpful, nice, really make your experience here. They offer a lot of activities during the day and evening time, on top of the excursions they offer. The food is never missed, it was good and always had options. The gaming room was fun when you wanted to do something a little different than whatever your norm is. They have a fully equipped gym to get a good workout in while on vacation. It was my first time at this resort and it was amazing. I would recommend to people and definitely be coming back. Oh lastly, this is something i noticed while being there but wasn’t too bad for me. The demographic of people here is older white people. You may find your younger couples and POC older or younger couples. But majority is older white which again wasn’t a problem just noticeable

The property was immaculate! The room was nice and the view was amazing! The people were friendly. This is my 3rd couples resort and it could easily be my favorite. I can’t wait to go back.

We loved the property and the whole experience. It was our first wedding anniversary and was above and beyond our expectations. The room and view was breathtaking. Staff was excellent. The food was delicious. And the availability of dining choices and times were ideal. The entertainment was top notch. We had the time of our life for five days. Keep up the good work. This is the gold standard of all-inclusive. Everything was included. It was a very luxurious experience and I felt like I was at home. The staff are so kind and wonderful and the food was well prepared!

The sink in the room did not drain well at all took forever. The ride to the facility was entertaining but long. The food in general was okay but not great. The check-in and checkout staff were efficient, unlike other couples we’ve been at. The island bartenders and entertainment was top-notch. The repeaters dinner was very much appreciated a nice touch.

The private island was so lovely

I would never recommend this property. It is dated and worn out. The food was terrible and yet somehow everything tasted the same. We couldn’t even try some of the restaurants on property because they were either closed or no reservations available. The 2 hot tubs we saw were filthy and damaged. Snorkeling from the beach was literally the only redeeming quality for this resort. This experience was so bad that I wouldn’t trust any Couples Resort moving forward. If you are looking for a quiet and romantic experience, this is not the property for you…LOUD music every single night late into the night. The beach was dirty. There really was nothing good about this place aside from what we got to see while snorkeling just beyond the beach area.
