-The kaiseki dinner was excellent, offering a great selection and a private dining space. -The breakfast buffet also had plenty of choices. -I last visited a few years ago — the hot spring was outstanding back then, quiet and relaxing. This time, it seems to have been renovated, and the number of guests has clearly increased. -On a side note, there was an uncomfortable incident in the onsen area: a woman (who spoke English and appeared to be Chinese) was holding a mobile phone under her yukata, seemingly taking photos. It made me feel quite uneasy. I noticed there were clear signs prohibiting cameras, so the rules were well communicated — it was simply a matter of someone not being self-disciplined. I reported it afterward to the staff, who were ready to respond immediately, though I only approached them later. I appreciated their quick reaction and willingness to help. -Perhaps having occasional staff patrols in the onsen area could help prevent such incidents in the future.

很棒的住宿。住宿時要留意裸足和存放拖鞋的規定。客房與溫泉有曲折的聯通道，很有趣。早餐很好吃。

溫泉水是天然的溫泉水,而家酒店內可使用的服務種類繁多

Enjoyed the onsens so much here. The restaurant service was great, food was great and the staff were so friendly with our little boy.(thank you for your patience and smile!) The Japanese style room was cozy and not humid at all. We were lucky that it snowed a few times during our stay. Waking up to a beautiful snowing view outside the window was amazing. Great experience.

之前見介紹浸溫泉♨️有非常大地方，多浴池，但不知為何不比我們進入岩鹽浴個地方，所以未能享用到。這是住這𥚃唯一不滿的地方。

住宿舒適，望出窗外一遍紅葉景色美如畫 餐飲美味份量適中 溫泉有兩款有公眾及主客使用，入住有轉用電梯直達，主客使用的更開放到晚上12點

性價比佳的住宿，尤其晚餐，值得推薦

性價比高的酒店。距離溫泉街有點遠,但全日有免費穿梭巴士接送。由於有日歸溫泉部份,故整體面積都較大,而且有齊金、銀湯。package內晚餐十分精緻。

溫泉很好，一共有兩層，也有露天風閭。 十分清潔，床鋪舒適。 客服很貼心，下雨天會接送我們。 晚餐很用心，食物精緻。 需要改善的可能是早餐方面，選擇雖然多，不過質素普通，魚吃起來很乾。 還是很推薦大家入住，家人們都很滿足。

滿意！ 非日語溝通不夠順暢！ 其他方面都很不錯！

房間很大很舒適,但前台個別員工態度欠佳, 溫泉晚餐很普通,也不太好吃, 但自助早餐卻很好 溫泉分了大眾及酒店客專用,大眾的溫泉款式很多,除了金銀泉,還有濕蒸乾蒸及露天泉等, 但缺點是太多人,某些溫泉限人數須排隊等待. 酒店客用的溫泉少人很多,只有金銀泉,但環境不錯,很舒適

食物很好吃、有接駁車方便，但房間煙味很重，除此之外值得推薦！

Staffs are super helpful. Although they are not good at english, they tried their best to explain the courses for us! so impressive! And the onsen is nice, big, and not too full of people

有馬下了車有到酒店的接送車輛,第一天不知道哪裡搭,後來問了飯店都過後就知道,有飯店車輛接送,可減少回飯店的爬坡,很棒.酒店有入住客人使用的溫泉：金湯、銀湯,也有有對外營業的太閣之湯都很棒,建議多泡

Nice hotel with good service. But the atmosphere of outdoor hot spring not attractive enough. Need to walk around 10 min from JR and get prepared to go up the slope, so better take shuttle if you have luggage.

The hotel is nice and the dinner is delicious. Hotel hot spring is clean and nice. In addition, there is another bigger hot spring just next to the hotel and guest can go there free of charge and no need to go outside

Great staffs, clean hotel with good location. I love the hot spring and sauna very much and will definitely come back again.
