Bird Hostel

The place is so nice with friendly feel. Great food too, had breakfast and lunch here. Super near McDonald's and Marutamachi Station. I stayed there because I want to see a show at KBS Hall and it was a 5-10 minute walk from the hostel. The bed is really comfortable. The common space is nice and has stuff where you can cook yourself there~ The downside is the bathroom is in the basement and from what I know there was no elevator.

Narrow area for breakfast. Bed is always make annoying sound. No locker.

Location is great, very close to Exit 2 of Marutamachi Station on Karasuma Subway. Family Mart, Sukiya and Mc D are only across the street. Comfortable bed, toilets and showers are clean. Friendly and helpful staffs. Breakfast fine. Surely will stay here again if going back to Kyoto.

The hotel is close to subway and bus stop. Very easy to find this hotel.

The staffs are really nice. The rooms are clean and orderly. The shower room is cleaned daily. I love their unlimited breakfast buffet. :) great location too since it's near train station and walking distance from Kyoto Imperial Palace.

Location is the greatest strength of this hostel. very near train station, bus stop, fast food and convenient stores! Breakfast was also amazing and it has all the amenities you’ll need from a hostel! I’ve had my fair share of bad hostels throughout my travels but this one, I recommend if you travel Kyoto!
