鷺洲缘 (En Sagisu) OF1

Pros: This guesthouse is in a great area with a slower pace of life, perfect for families who plan on staying in Osaka for a while. The property manager is SUPER responsive. Whatever your question is, the manager will answer it usually within the same hour or day. Cons: The biggest con I have is the setup compared to hotels. In hotels, I have grown accustomed to warm interiors, luggage storage, and elevators. At this location, the individual heaters, combined with cold floors (we visited in January), made the house feel really cold and inconsistently warm. Then, luggage options are limited here. Lastly, the narrow stairs and hallways made it impossible to transport our larger suitcases (check-in sizes) up to our rooms, meaning the central living area became our room. Final verdict: If you plan to visit many areas or do lots of attractions in Osaka, realistically, you're not going to be inside this house to make the most of its features, and you're probably better off at a regular hotel. HOWEVER, if you prefer cooking, plan on staying in Osaka for a while, or are looking for a place to stay with a big family/group. I would seriously consider this guesthouse because the 3 rooms fit up to 6 people, which is fantastic.

素晴らしい部屋でした。3歳の子もカッコいいと気に入ってました。 ドライヤーと子ども用のコップは無いので必要な人は持ってくる必要があります。

自宅のような居心地の良さでした。 押し入れの敷布団が少しだけ埃っぽかったです。 駅からは少し歩きますが、商店街を通るのも楽しかったです。 部屋は広く、清潔で、子供たちも大喜びでした。 ありがとうございました。

very nice place, good for family. place has good airconditioning especially in this hot summer weather. fast wifi too.

The house is very spacious. But it smell musty, possible because the AC filter has never been clean. Overall the whole house needs a good cleaning.

This property worked super well for our stay in Osaka. Spacious enough for us and our adult children, and the kitchenette was great!

Where's the place is a full two bedroom one bath two-story apartment. Been nicely updated but it definitely has the vibe of a place that had family is living in it before. Only a few negative items and one is that it's kind of far from the subway. Another thing is that the local dining establishments are very local and are not really geared up for tourists. For example we went out late one night and these small eateries were filled only with local Japanese people and nobody was speaking English. It's kind of intimidating. There's a good supermarket nearby and the owner needs to invest in a proper set of knives because the knives there are dull as a butter knife.

A wonderful hub to return to after a big day of exploring! Great communication by the host and was the most restful accommodation of our trip. 10/10 would recommend.

Great place to base yourself to see Osaka, only a 12 min walk to the train station to catch the loop line, supermarket and amazing local restaurant close by. We were very glad to have a kitchen and laundry, and really grateful to have a guest book written in English. The host is very responsive and helpful, and the house was clean and tidy. Thank you for having us!

친구들과 총 3명이서 이용한 숙소였습니다 구조는 1층에 거실(소파베드), 화장실, 욕실, 부엌 그리고 2층에 방1(베란다, 침대) 방2(다다미방 포함, 침대) 이렇게 있었어요! 그래서 저희는 방 하나씩 각자 쓰고 다른 친구가 소파베드에서 잤습니다. 위치는 우메다역이나 신후쿠시마역에서 좀 더 걸어야하는 곳에 있어서 약간 불편했지만, 숙소 근처가 조용했고 대형마트와 편의점도 많아서 저희는 오히려 좋았어요. 집도 전체적으로 깨끗했고 약간 낡은 감이 있었지만 그게 아늑한 느낌을 줘서 더 좋았습니다. 5박6일동안 편하게 있다가 나올 수 있어서 좋았어요!
