FUJIYAMA INN CONIFER

Not flexible…I even cannot invite guest to have breakfast with me even I can pay for the breakfast…

Really really really overprice on this inn.

房間很不錯 除了浴室 還有半露天的浴池 也可以預約私人浴場 不過 櫃檯人員態度很冷淡 對比飯店硬體部分 是稍微感到沒那麼好的地方

整體都好完美服務好好環境清幽

Location not very convenient so I suggest only those who had rent a car can consider this hotel. No staircase in the whole hotel and our room is located on the second floor of a villa house. Take time to get hot water from the bathroom and once the water become cold when having a shower. Although there is a kitchen in our room but only a kettle and refrigerator without any kitchen ware and utensils.

Although is a little bit far away from the main area, the environment is wonderful and both private and public onsen are great. Really enjoy thr time of staying and must go again. Also, staff are so nice helping with calling taxi every morning so not really worry about the transportation problem.

The hotel was a bit difficult to find and access at first, but once inside, it was very clean, spacious, and located in a nice area. The bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was on point. However, the outdoor onsen didn’t appear very clean, so I didn’t use it. The biggest disappointment was the view of Mount Fuji. I booked this hotel expecting an unobstructed view based on the photos, but the view was restricted and not as advertised. Overall, it’s a decent and very clean hotel with great staff, but the lack of the promised Mount Fuji view was a letdown.

Great onsen, had free breakfast and laundry machine for small fee :)

The rooms give a cabin feel and theres a forest around which is nice. There is a Don Quijote very close which is convienent. Very close to the theme park as well if you were planning to go there. Overall good spot.

Clean, big room, VERY helpful staff, wonderfull onsen/hot bath, excellent wifi. They communicated really badly before checking. I really like the reception staff. Bathroom tiny but this is a common trend in Japan

Lovely hotel with nice breakfast. Up a side street

The room was so clean and exciting to try Japanese traditional room (dinner, bed, private family bath). Staff were so friendly. It was walking distance to skytree and pick up bus station at Fuji-Q. hotel's main road clearly can see mount Fuji and take some nice photos and on top on brown bridge also.

The pictures made the accommodation look a lot better than it was. There is absolutely nothing around, you're in the middle of nowhere. We had to make our own beds upon arrival which isn't what you'd expect for the price. Disappointing in general, onsen was nice but far too hot.

雨だったので露天風呂使えなかった。 風呂が部屋から少し離れていたので、導線上 & シャワーエリアに屋根があれば良かったと思う。

Excellent customer service and location. Beautiful surroundings. Quiet location but close to everything.
