I like having bicycles and many dishes, cooking utensils, big fridge, many rooms. However the bath towels are cheap and so thin, no replenishment for kitchen towels and tissue papers and there was only one small mirror The check in time and out that we told were different than the original booking times which made us confused. This must be improved as it affects scheduling. The staff at the checked in reception was not helpful. It would be nice to have cleaning supplies so that we could clean up during the stays as we stayed more than three days.

It's a nice and clean house in the outskirts of the city. It was comfortable with 3 bedrooms (one of which is Japanese style), a nice laundry area and kitchenette. The only negative experience was the unclear instructions for collection of keys which was at an office in town. A mapcode and phone number were given but there was no details of unit number or company name. We had some difficulties finding the office even with a helpful local lady who helped us call them to ask. It would have been a much better experience with clearer instructions to find the office to collect the keys. But overall it was a nice stay.

That was the only negative experience.
