Hinzan

the worst stay experience I have ever had! The room is super compact, can not even open my luggage. The most ridiculous thing is there’s boiler in the room! So it’s super noisy, the sound is unbearable, can’t sleep during the night! And there’s some weird rain drop sound as well. The blind in the room can’t block the light, so it’s super bright in the morning. Got up everyday at 6 when the sun comes out. So if you want to have good rest, just stay away

I’ve prepaid and confirm a studio suite for 14 nights. I have study the hotel.com website and Hinzan’s website to make sure the room is suitable for my long style . And, I’ve confirmed with Hinzan two times that bathtub is available in the room . (Studio suite have bathtub) However , I was assigned in a small room which is called penhouse suite which is smaller and without bathtub. Hinzan said the mistake was made by hotel.com. Very disappointed coz the room rate is high during peak season .

因為轉機的關係，我們巴士到達二世谷的時間已是晚上10點半，飯店非常貼心還特地派專車到巴士站載我們，讓我們免去在雪地裡大包小包行李及奔波的辛苦。房間很有設計感也非常乾淨，該有的小設備從bose藍牙喇叭到廚房的電鍋及洗衣機等一應俱全，而且都是很好的品牌的電器，用的很開心。冰箱裡甚至還幫我們準備了果汁牛奶培根及奶油及麵包等等，非常貼心。飯店距離雪場也還算近，走路3分鐘就可以到市區，6分鐘可以到雪場，非常方便。但飯店還是很貼心的提供接送服務，甚至是去餐廳或是其他地方，只要提早預約，甚至可以直接從另一個雪場接我們回飯店，不要小看這服務，在旺季的時間，在當地可是連要花錢叫Uber都叫不到的！非常棒的服務，非常喜歡^^

Great location. Room was nice and spacious. The concierge drivers were extremely convenient to get around the local area.
