We stay there seven days. The room is clean and big. All employees are friendly. Nabin helps us to change a room at the first day. The location is perfect, just 20 meters away from the MRT exit. The bed is Simons beauty rest. They offer Free snack and drink every evening.

Not much choice for breakfast
The other point need to improve is, pls change a new hair dryer in every room. What a shame that it's a very old hair dryer like from last century in such a wonderful model stylish room. I could bearly use it.

Hotel is very new, very clean, hotel staff are friendly and polite. It is within walking distance from the aquarium. The only downside is no parking but there are few parking slots nearby. I don’t think it’s only 2.5 star hotel as it says in hotels.com, I would say it’s more like a 3.5-4 star hotel. Definitely worth staying.

朝ごはんは正直あまり期待してなかったけどサラダと小さめの種類たくさんのパン、小さくて可愛いドーナツ、ドライフルーツが色々選べるヨーグルト、ハチミツなど、結構満足度高かったです。お部屋も広くて綺麗。使い勝手もよく駅やバス停が目の前で夜も静か。立地も良い。高いけどリピありだと思います

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and let us store our luggage before check-in. Once we returned to the hotel, all items were put in our room. I can’t wait to return.

The room was comfortable with a desk for catching up on missed work. Snacks and drinks were available midday. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I would happily stay at the Hotel Sails again!

バストイレも別になっていて、机や椅子もありのんびり快適に過ごせました。
朝食もパンやドーナツの種類が豊富で大満足です。

Excellent stay! The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable .. plenty of space to relax and unwind. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully arranged.. The service was smooth, and the overall atmosphere made for a truly enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
