Hotel Sanraku doesn't market itself as a 5-star property, which is reflected in its very reasonable prices. However, everything about the hotel meets, and in many ways exceeds, the high standards expected in Japan. The staff, especially Yong-san, elevate the entire experience, taking service well beyond what you'd expect from a typical five-star hotel.

Location is very convenient as it is closed to the bus stop and ski area. The room is clean and spacious. All the staffs are friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great time there.

Very pleasant hotel japanese style, with good service at traditional japanese breakfast. You can also serve yourself of bread, coffe and milk in a the buffet.
