Lovely hotel, excellent staff, great dinner and breakfast. I love the onsen experience. We stayed multiple nights so we can try all the baths. There is a walking path along the lake. We took the hotel shuttle bus to Morioka to explore and took the local bus back. Very convenient and easy to navigate.

The hotel is located in the famous Ginzan Hot Spring area. Although it’s not on the main street but about 10-min walking distance away, we can see the great view and even the water fall right from our room.
The hotel is in traditional Japanese style: not trendy but very cozzy. We chooses the plan with breakfast and dinner and pretty enjoyed the fine foods provided.
Overall speaking, we like our stay and would like to recommend this hotel to who plan to have a trip there.

Excellent hotel with many different bath choices. As for the service, it is really excellent. The hotel staffs are doing their best to service client. The dinner and the breakfast are delicious and copious.
The only thing need to know is that this hotel is a little bit far from Morioka train station, and their is only one or two buses per hour. If you miss the bus, taxi costs about 4000 - 5000 yen from train station to the hotel

It was a large facility with a beautiful view of the lake. The view was even better due to the leaves changing colour. The hot springs baths were wonderful. The meals were spectacular as well.
