娘と2連泊して、日光鬼怒川観光を思う存分楽しむことが出来ました。
娘もとても楽しそうで嬉しかったです。
伊東園グループのホテルには以前にも宿泊した事がありますが、伊豆のホテルも鬼怒川のホテルもとても素敵な部屋で、良い思い出になっております。
今回は5月で少し寒かったので、欲を言えば暖房が欲しかったです。（寒がりなので）

This is a grand dame of a ryokan hotel next to a beautiful river with a scenic view of a suspension bridge and cliff. The hotel is very worn and in real need of a renovation, but the staff keep it as clean as they can. This is not a glamorous hotel and is definitely past its prime. However, that's not why you come here. You come to this ryokan for the hospitality, the well-maintained spa, the family activities, which are numerous (outdoor pool, manga reading room, mahjong, billiards, table tennis and karaoke) and its convenient location to the train station and the river. The buffet breakfast and dinner are delicious, the staff is very friendly and hard-working and there is an endless supply of choose-your-own yukata by the front desk. This is a quiet town and the sidewalk rolls up early as well as the activities in the hotel, which makes it a good, wholesome place for a family with young children or teens.

The room is not clean. It founds a mask inside the room and the bathroom is also dirty. I have skin irritation after the day I stay inside.

Definitely need pest control!! I caught half a dozen of bugs in the first 30 minutes of my stay and it was very very horrifying. Bugs kept coming in from windows despite that the staff had handed me a can of pesticides and I have already sprayed everywhere. Other than the bugs, the room decor was bit dated, and some wooden frames were broken. The windows and look out were very dirty and you dared not to open windows fearing some more bugs will get into the room. There was no air-conditioning but heat, and since it was not possible to open the window, the room was quite stuffed.
Other than the above, the room looked over the river valley and views were nice. Very good buffet dinner and also nice onsen. Staff tried their best to help though some of them needed Google translator to help. It was also in close proximity to nearby scenic spots. Overall good bargain but the "stay" was not particularly pleasant.

整體來說不是特別滿意，這是一間比較舊的酒店，到處可見殘舊的很久，例如浴室門邊都發霉了，浴缸整個是黃色的，被子不知道是沒洗乾淨還是怎麼了，有一些污積。而且這裡不靠近車站，走路要走十幾分鐘。但是這邊娛樂設施算滿多的，可以打麻將、唱卡啦ok、遊戲機房、按摩都有，附近風景也不錯。
