Lovely hotel. Great location. Staff very friendly.
Room was compact .. as described by the hotel .. the bed is huge and really comfy and as the photos show on the website it literally fits wall to wall. This means you literally have to climb in and out from the bottom. Minimal hanging room for essentials and just enough room to have our suitcases on the floor. Room is modern and has amenities such as kettle / hairdryer. Small sofa to sit on.

這次有入住和式房型和洋式房型，兩者坪數一樣，和式房型因為有塌塌米的關係，感覺放行李箱的空間比較小。
飯店入口隱密，內部陳設富有京都風情，好像以外國人住宿居多，早餐選擇多樣，溫泉空間蠻大的。

酒店整体装修风格是现代与和风的融合，非常不错，提前了半个小时到达，寄存行李之后会直接送到入住的房间，这个很好。
入住当天就去前台让他们帮我预约了怀石料理，非常顺利，就餐野非常愉快，感谢前台（山口）的帮助。
因为是冬天的原因，开了暖气房间湿度会很低，很不舒服，房间并没有标配带加湿功能的空气净化器，要跟前台说才提供，这个可以改善一下。
总体洁净程度还是不错的，美中不足的是洗衣房比较脏，希望能定期打扫一下，看那个样子起码1个月以上没打扫过了。

只有退房的時候，有一個英文非常流利的日本阿伯，他非常的流氣！！
請他幫忙查詢一件已經簽收的包裹
一直說他們什麼都沒收到
最後來了別的服務人員
馬上就為我找到包裹⋯⋯
飯店的位置很好，大浴場也很舒服
問題是床⋯床真的太難睡
非常的軟，躺上去就陷下去
也有一點凹陷無法回覆，歪歪的感覺
入住2個晚上都睡得非常不舒服
早餐選項不多
大致上還可以，每日有更換部分菜色
下次不會再選擇這間飯店

乾淨、裝修既有日本特色也時尚、最大的好處是交通十分方便，很多旅遊點都在步行的距離內。為可惜的事只有女賓的溫泉，男賓客郤無福享用。

This is in an ideal location for walking around Gion and Pontocho and the Nishiki areas. The hotel has a yummy breakfast and the staff is very helpful. Bonus we got essential laundry done in their machines ( easy to use) . The rooms are small but functional. The hotel is on a peaceful street and minutes from anything you would need. 10/10 my family will stay there again

Great location and the onsen is really nice- rooms are a little on the smaller side and can be hot, but the garden view we had was great. Kyoto is not a place to spend too much time in the room anyways so definitely recommend for the prime location in Gion!

Das Zimmer war superklein, es gab keinen Schrank und keine Möglichkeit, den Koffer anders als auf der Erde aus- und einzupacken, keine Bank, kein Schreibtisch… die Matratzen waren ziemlich weich und durchgelegen, dann ist Kofferpacken in gebückter Haltung wirklich schlimm. und das Ganze zu einem Samstagpreis von 444,44 €…

Clean room. Convenient location especially if you want to explore Gion. Friendly staff. 2 dryers and 2 washers in the basement (don't overload dryer or it will take a while). Beautiful aesthetics. Largest King size bed Ive seen in a Japanese hotel.

The staff were excellent, location is excellent near restaurants and shopping but not on a loud street, lots of free amenities. The only reason I didn't rate this stay as a 5/5 is that I would have appreciated the opportunity to experience the public bath while wearing a cover/swimsuit, but they require full nudity.

L'hôtel est superbe ! Le hall d'entrée est magnifique. Des petites choses sont mises à votre disposition gratuitement (shampoing, masque, brosse à dents..) ainsi que des boissons.
Le onsen dans L'hôtel est un vrai plus tres agreable ! Les chambres sont tres sympathiques. Une bouteille d'eau est donnée chaque jour. Le personnel tres sympa ! Nous avons demande à faire envoyer nos valises, super !
Tres bien localisé, facile d'accès pour se balader dans le quartier Gion

Excellent location, walking distance to the Yasaka Shrine, amazing service by the staff member. Big public bath was nice and clean, made you feel so relaxed. If I'm coming back to Kyoto, I would select this hotel.
