Modern minimalist ryokan style hotel. Staff and service was excellent.
Food delicious but amount sometimes overwhelming.
Comfort could be hugely improved- no armchairs in the room makes it difficult to relax after a huge dinner and either talk or watch the tv or admire the scenery outside the room. Onsen bath lovely and hot. Location remote but bus service is excellent.

This was one of the most gorgeous places I have ever stayed. The views were stunning, we spent one whole day just watching the snow fall. The private onsen was relaxing and peaceful. We had breakfast each morning we were there and dinner 2 of the 3 nights we stayed and every meal was better than the last. All of the food was high quality, beautifully prepared and delicious. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Honestly, this is the best place I've ever stayed and was worth the higher cost.

初めて利用し、静かなひと時をすごせました。
気になった点としましては
・廊下の音が少し部屋に聞こえる
・布団があるお部屋のコンセントの電気がなかなか通らず苦戦した(結局一時的に通りましたが、朝には通っていませんでした)
・冬で外がなかなかの寒さだからか、部屋の暖房が暑すぎて寝るとき下げても暑かったです。雪が相当積もるところだからこういうものなのかな？と切って寝ました
