Spacious room with good facilities but the mattress is a bit too soft and there’s no view from the room because there’s a piece of something outside the window. Location is close to the JR station but there are no restaurants or cafes nearby.

Far away from downtown, not near railway. The bathhouse does not have shower facilities.

Very Good Hotel. I like the bath room inside the room. The design combined with some Japanese's tradition, and the facticity is modern. The accessibility is great, near bus stop and railway.

清潔度理想，小小的溫泉也恰到好處，附近亦有不少夜泊停車場，價錢也不昂貴。離酒店步行5至10分鐘也有便利店，超市及藥店。

Brand new hotel.Great service ,clean and tidy room, but It is small .The price is very ideal.3minutes walk from JR station .2stations from Kyoto station.Great breakfast and free drink bar and a big bath room.

酒店的設計令人有舒適並型格之感覺，酒店服務員服務也很周全，餐廳設有一個免費的飲品的角落，由4:00pm - 11:00pm, 可以自由取用飲品， 因房間沒有書枱， 需要用電腦筆記簿或是書寫， 可以自由在餐廳內上網或工作，很貼心的設想。 唯一不足的，就是位置比較偏遠， 交通不太方便， 不近地鐵站和巴士站 ，出入都要花一些時間。

一切都很好，酒店很新。

Good location just a couple stations away from Kyoto Station, excellent value for the money. The Japanese style buffet breakfast is also good value. There are not so many restaurants right by the hotel but there is a convenience store. This is also one station away from Umekoji park, the aquarium, and the railway museum, so it’s ideal for kids. The public bath is a nice bonus at the end of the day. Have stayed here a couple times with my 7 year old and will likely stay again.

Everything was perfect and as expected! Please keep in mind that the rooms are small, but that is expected in the city. Breakfast buffet was amazing, and conveniently located near 7/11, and the Tambaguchi Station. They have a public onsen, but I didn’t get the chance to use it since I have tattoos (I want to respect and be courteous of policies). We had booked other Ryokan and Hotel accommodations to visit other areas, so S-Peria was our main hotel to hold the majority of our belongings, and to also go back to after visiting other areas outside of Kyoto.
