I stayed at AQ Hotel twice during my trip and was very pleasantly surprised.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered excellent value for money. Everything worked as expected, and I had a good night’s sleep on both occasions. The location is also very convenient, with many restaurants, cafés, and attractions within walking distance or just a short Yandex ride away.
I didn’t try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that, but apart from that I have nothing negative to say. The staff were friendly, check-in was easy, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming.
For the price, this hotel exceeded my expectations and proved to be a great base for exploring Almaty.
I would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Almaty.

I was very positively surprised by AQ Capsule Hotel.
The price was extremely reasonable, yet the facilities were much better than expected. The room/capsule was clean, comfortable, and felt private despite the concept. The common areas were also well maintained, and everything worked as it should.
The location is excellent for exploring Almaty, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, I left early and did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that.
Overall, a great value-for-money stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Almaty.

I stayed at AQ Hotel twice during my trip and was very pleasantly surprised.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered excellent value for money. Everything worked as expected, and I had a good night’s sleep on both occasions. The location is also very convenient, with many restaurants, cafés, and attractions within walking distance or just a short Yandex ride away.
I didn’t try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that, but apart from that I have nothing negative to say. The staff were friendly, check-in was easy, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming.
For the price, this hotel exceeded my expectations and proved to be a great base for exploring Almaty.
I would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Almaty.

If traveling solo and on the cheap, this is one of the finest hostels I have ever stayed. Mini-capsule rooms have everything you need and the shared spaces are clean. The staff is kind and friendly and the neighborhood is walkable. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Almaty.

If all what you are looking for is a bed and bathroom, then this is the best option. I was visiting a conference with pretty packed schedule — leaving early in the morning and returning pretty late and this was the best option. I normally don't use any other amenities of a hotel/hostel and this was just the right option for me. Staff is friendly, they also provide a free breakfast (at least in was included in mine), alas, never had a chance to try them.
Overall, no complaints. Best for its price point.
