We especially thank Harrison and his housekeeping team for the beautiful heart shaped design left on our bed and for Joyce and Janet the other receptionist that made our stay enjoyable.

The staffs delivered an excellent service.. the waiters were very accommodating, ready to assist. Also the reception team, I recall that I had one day extension, they didn’t chase me around to come make payment. And the house keepers were exceptional. I will be coming back

The shower was pathetic. They mounted the controls upside down so you couldn’t adjust the temperature or pressure independently. The result is a barely warm trickle of water. We had 2 rooms; it was the same in both.

I was upgraded to the The Boma (Main Hotel) because the Boma Inn was undergoing some work.
Few things that needs some attention:
The shower valves seem to be erratic, turns hotter / colder at random. This was noticed in two rooms. The air conditioning unit not working so well. Noises from parties going on within the hotel did not help with sleeping especially past 23:00hrs. The restriction of food ordered from Uber eat and other deliveries was not very interesting for someone that loves a certain type of food.,. not served in the hotel's restaurant.
Location is perfect, with ease of transportation. Hotel is close to a lot of local shops within walking distance.
