Encontrei pequenas baratas no quarto.
Pedi uma indicação de taxi para Sayra na recepção e ela me o motorista Mohamed para fazer os passeios gruta de Jeita e Baatara Gorge waterfall/pothole e depois disso para o Aeroporto. Me cobraram US$80 ! depois de pedir desconto e no final não me levaram a Baatara Gorge.
Não recomendo nem o hotel nem turismo lá.

We arrived before checkin by 1 hour and they gave us the room, the staff helped us get a private taxi at a very good rate( which is very difficult to get in beirut) and they helped us with the program visit to the city
the hotel is in a hot spot in hamra street
