考那斯安伯顿舒适酒店

一切都很好...就是溫度的問題。酒店早餐好、位置好、房間整潔度和空間感也好。只是房間的冷氣是壞的，我熱到出汗和完全睡不著... 一個令人無法入睡的酒店...我接受不了

good downtown (old town) location within walkable distance to major tour spots. breakfast at the hotel resto was good, and dining area was v nice. facilities within the room are ok, with the exception that there are no elevators or bell boy service (or at least we were not aware there is) so carrying big luggages up and down the narrow stairways could be a pain. hotel assistants are not too attentive to guests requests, we specifically requested large taxis to and from the hotel but both times, the hotel booked small taxis for us which could barely fit our luggages. wifi conmection is ok, sometimes intermittent. when we were ready to depart and were waiting for our taxi at the tiny lobby, some lady who looked like a friend of the hotel people kept occuying the prime seat (the only sofa at the lobby) and using wifi internet with her computer for at least 45 minites without noticing other guests are standing at the lobby area with luggages and no seats! perhaps the hotel should consider expanding the lobby area so as to accommodate more guests.

Es ist nie im Leben ein 4 Sterne Hotel, Parkplätze wenn man Glück hat, bekommt man einen von sechs vor der Tür. kein Personal vor Ort, dadurch Schwierigkeiten beim Check in. Kein Fahrstuhl im Hotel, wir mussten unsere schweren Koffer 3 Etagen hoch schleppen. Das Zimmer maximal 1 Stern Komfort, zwei Steckdosen gefunden, billiges Linoleum im Bad (Fliesenatrappe) Matratzen katastrophal. Frühstück war der blanke Albtraum, trockene Brötchen, keine Butter, kein Aufschnitt, nur bisschen abgepackte Marmelade. Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen, viel zu teuer dafür!!!!

Aircon was a joke. It did not provide cool or air, only noise.

Hyvä aamiainen. Sisäänkirjautumissähköpostia ei tullut vaan piti soittaa.

Self-Check-in. Danach alles wunderbar. Sehr schönes Zimmer, tolles Frühstück.

Very bad check-in procedure. I had requested the room on a lower floor, the property did respond to my request and when I reached the property I had to contact them rather then they send me an email with check-in procedure. I think they want city-tax before check-in.

Great hotel, great location. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful hotel - centrally located, very clean and well maintained. Room was spacious and had everything that one would need. And the best amenity is the free e-scooters that they provide - an amazing way to explore the city. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone (the only downside is that there aren't any lifts in the property)

Hvis man vælger Amberton Cozy hotel, så skal man være forberedt på, at det er et **** hotel UDEN reception. Og man kan kun få koden til værelset via WhatsApp! Også selv om de sender anden information på mail. På tilsvarende selvbetjeningshoteller har de en automat eller tablet i receptionen, hvor man checker ind. Det er lidt uforståeligt, at man kalder sig både Cozy og 4-stjernet hotel og man så ikke har en bedre og mere personlig service.

Dålig hjälp vi check in, men mycket fina rum

Didn’t like the welcome at all. Tough carrying 3 heavy bags up 3 floors. Large bedroom but sparsely furnished made it feel a bit sterile & without any theme or character. No shelf in the bathroom for toiletries by the sink

Henkilökuntaa vaikea arvioida kun sisäänpääsy koodilla. Plussana ilmainen parkkipaikka joka hotellin edessä oli vapaana, ei varattavissa.

Jättefin frukostbuffé med färskpressad apelsinjuice och gott kaffe. Rummen är stora och fina. Instruktionerna för incheckning var oklara, men vi fick hjälp av telefonen på plats.

Nogle forbedringer nødvendige. Ikke helt nem indcheckning. Der er kun selv check in service. Min indchecknings kode til værelset havde jeg ikke modtaget pr mail selvom alt var betalt. Måtte ringe til kundeservice Meget lille værelse med meget hård madras. Der var ingen el keddel til kaffe og te. Morgenmaden var forfærdelig kedelig. Et lille plus var at hotellet ligger i centrum af byen. Mange forbedringer der bør aktiveres. Lidt skuffende overnatning

Täydellinen hotelli, mutta self check-in, ei henkilökuntaa missään. Ei lainkaan ohjeita, whatsapilla keskusteli joku mikälie tekoäly, sieltä ei saanut apua, vaikka luvattiin. Täysin ala-arvoinen kohtelu. Todella harmi, sillä itse hotelli oli huippu. Voisin kyllä silti mennä toistekin, sillä nyt tiedän miten toimia.

Rooms spacious

The reviews of this hotel is to low! It's a simple, clean, quiet and cozy hotel. The breakfast is good. Rooms are good, some even has bathtubs. Self checkin. Handicapped accessible. Fully stocked minibar in the rooms, a bit pricy maybe, but still... The location is brilliant, walking distans to everything.

Everything good but strange not to see any staff

Good location close to the high street. Loads of shopping and sightseeing. Close to the river and the castle. Room was tidy, carpets a bit outdated, could be lighter in the corridors. Early check-in was really helpful, so no complaints. Very good location and plenty different cuisine restaurants around
