Loved it here, very friendly & helpful staff. Needs update on appliances but i am overall happy with their service

The hotel is nice, however, it rained during the night and there was extremely loud dripping of water on my window parapet which prevented me from sleeping. The hotel should fix this issue as it made my night very uncomfortable

The checkin as fast as usual with the difference that you pass your breakfast 'components' the evening before. The breakfast section is re-organized and personnel does insist on applying the appropriate covid-measures.

Preis Leistung passt nicht. Kleines Zimmer und sehr kleines Bad. Die Brause spritzt gegen die Wand und wenn umgedreht gegen die Türe. Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster nicht möglich wegen Verkehrslärm von der Hauptstrasse. In der Früh startet ein Transportunternehmen nebenan mit LKW. Personal ist freundlich. Parkplatz beim Hotel ist OK

Lots of free parking. Fast, reliable WiFi Internet. Unfortunately, when I was there in August, several nearby restaurants (and the hotel restaurant) were closed due to Summer holidays.

The hotel's location is quite good as you can easily drive or take a bus into the city center. Always enough private parking space which takes away the stress of having to look around when staying downtown in Luxemburg city. There is a strange but interesting variety in the type of rooms as they also offer studios for longer stays and so in case you happen to stay one night and a studio is not occupied, you happen to get a big room double or trouple in size of a traditional hotel room. As there is a newer part at the back of the hotel, you can stay in a very modern room with large well equipped bathroom etc and a week after you can be put in a regular room ... so always a surprise of what you'll get (I do come on a regular basis as business traveller).

Nice hotel located about 15 minutes away from the city. Ample free parking was greatly appreciated. Good size rooms with wifi.

- Check-in: relativ flexible Check-in Zeiten, unkompliziert - Hotelzimmer: sauber, Zimmer relativ klein, Betten ok - Frühstück: Auswahl ok, jedoch ist zum Teil 1 Stunde vor Buffetende Einiges nicht mehr vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage wird es aber auch nicht nachgelegt (wohlgemerkt 1 Stunde!!). Zum Teil ist das Personal unterbesetzt, sodass 5 Min gewartet werden muss, bis Teller da sind, sodass man sich überhaupt was zu essen nehmen kann. Ein No-Go! - Check-out: bis 11 Uhr möglich, keine Kulanz bezüglich der schlechten Bedingungen beim Frühstück Insgesamt würde ich nicht noch einmal dort übernachten, weil der Service einfach so schlecht ist.

Very good and clean helpful staff and Nice area to very nice

Misschien omdat het weekend was, maar anderzijds hadden we voor deze value veel meer verwacht. De kamer was netjes, maar krap, het ontbijt was erbarmelijk voor de 16 Euro, bij Formule 1 betaal je de helft voor bijna hetzelfde. Het mag geen excuus zijn dat het weekend was, dit is best een dure plek.

Très belle hôtel, bien placé, peut être d’un peu chère.

Hôtel commode et arrangeant (changement de chambre car la première donnait tout près de l ascenseur). Problème avec le taxi commandé la veille. Apparemment non enregistré la veille par la centrale.

Très belle chambre en duplex, spacieuseet propre. Dommage que la télé dans la chambre soit petite et que le sèche cheveux ne marchait pas

The shower didn’t work, I was there for two nights, I complained after the first night and was told they would look at it, there wasn’t even an apology! The second morning the shower bearly worked, it had no water pressure. I will certainly look elsewhere in Luxembourg before I consider staying here again
