Initially I got a small and hot room which the aircon is not strong enough to cool it. The hotel immediately offer me another better room. The staff is professional and helpful. Overall, I have enjoyed the room and services during my stay there.

Excellent service, super helpful and friendly staff. They are very accommodating. The room we got was nice enough but could’ve used a few more upscale amenities like lotion, hand soap for the sink. The lack of drawers for clothes and an extremely small hanging rack also took away from it being excellent. But overall we loved the stay here and we will be back!

家庭房（3人入住）只有一對拖鞋提供，房中只有一個垃圾桶，淋浴熱水不夠熱，只有一個漱口杯。有Welcome Tea, 及地段環境塔夠。對面馬路就是Aeon，去華記吃點心也只是10分鐘步程，方便。

I really enjoy the free high tea buffet offered by the hotel.
The choices of the breakfast provided was little. I always like to have some fresh air, however the window of my room is opened to the corridor. BTW, it is a good hotel in this price.

Good place to stay, convenient. Rooms were clean and ok, small and kinda pricy for the size.
One suggestion to have mirrors in the room, the only mirror they have is in the bathroom and its not convenient at all.
