Overall ok je, nak check in pun mudah, cuma maybe boleh upgrade aircond 😅 Aircond tak sejuk plus bunyi dari malam smpai pagi, dah pagi senyap pulak😂 Tapi its ok, sebab nak tido kejap je

You get what you pay. Need to always clean water dispenser at level 2. Coway at the lobby is good.

Your receptionist, a big body one. Please train her to be more etiquet as a front liner. She will bring the image of your facility though.

Suggest the management to not forget to clean the study table drawer and the air con as some customer they were weirdly used it to hang their cloth. The room a bit smelly.

The receptionist a bit scary at first but she's very helpful. room surprising very compact but also I guest value the price. The toilet door knob almost fell off and 1 of the plug are not working well. Also, room have lots of ants (the red bites one).

- bilik kecil dan ruang agak sempit - lantai karpet agak kotor, debu dan basah - katil agak lusuh - bilik air xbersih - tekanan air rendah - parking agak limited pada waktu malam - staff reception tak friendly dan asyik sibuk sembang di hp - check in procedure very simple. No oc is needed to verify as long as payment was made. - tapi harga bilik murah. - perlukan penambah baikan dalam bilik. - tidak sesuai untuk family yang ada anak. - booked 2 night sebab nak check out after office hours. - surrounding hotel agak ok sebab byak kedai makan.

Saya tersalah tarikh dan sudah bayar melalui talian online. Duit yg dh dibayar tidak dipulangkm kembali walaupun saya tidak masuk check in. Esoknya saya check in semula dan mendapat layanan yg kurang menyenangkan. Keadaan bilik pula sgt mendukacitakan. Teknan pancuran air mandi agk lemah dan kadang2 airnya tidak keluar.

Got room near the staff room. Around 8am, someone shouting in front of the room and make noises until check out time. Got sejadah in the room.

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang baik, dekat dengan kedai makan, kedai runcit, farmasi. Cuma biliknya terlalu sempit. Mula-mula check in masuk bilik kuat baru rokok. Lain-lain okay.
