If jacuzzi you looking for, avoid this hotel for the time being. All jacuzzi in every room are not working. Very disappointed as the hotel didn't put up any notice that all the jacuzzi are not working.

Location is a bit isolated, there was MRT construction hence traffic congestion. Really impressed with the Jacuzzi.

Pros: Room is huge and bed is comfortable. Love the room design. Jacuzzi is the best. Cons: Front desk staff is not that friendly. Dusty room, especially under table near room entrance. The customer service through social media few days before check in really disappoint me a lot.

We got the gold theme room and its huge! However the front desk crew was not familiar with online booking. Perhaps they should trained their stuff with more information and in better manner when replying to customers.
