I saw lots of good comment & cute picture of the room, rate so high 7.8 but when live in, the mattress is bend inside, got bad smell mattress & pillow, overtal cleanliness is 3/10, I won't book this hotel again, felt disguist better book expensive a bit, toilet also 5/10. Quite spacious & big, but dirty & bad smell mattress & towel, my kids also scare.

Booked the 3 person room for a night at RM77. Got the Batcave. What we like: it's unique. Was hoping we get the Doreamon or the Unicorn room. The room is basic and clean. Plus point is the toilet is functional and clean. Towel provided and with toilet paper. Bottled water (small) for each occupant. Air conditioner is cold. TV works. Our room had Netflix, so that was pretty surprise! Check in is at a kiosk machine, unique as well and straight to the point. Tips: make sure to use the Booking Itinerary Number, not your “booking number”. If need help, the folks at the gym will be able to help. They own the whole lot! What can be improved: 1. Safety from the balcony as the metal doors aren't lockable. Not expecting anyone to climb in but…. 2. A duvet in the duvet cover will be nice, not just the cover. The aircon gets cold, and if switch off it gets warm. 3. Some human help at the front desk may be helpful for noob like me trying to check in—never in my mind there is a kiosk! Trip type: Vacation.
