Unbelievably comfortable, luxurious boutiques hotel that worth the money. Super friendly customer service. Everything was perfect- the deco, amenities, location, service. The management even buy and put parking ticket for us, we feel very happy with the service. Sure will come back again.

I give 5 stars to this hotel.
Location is convenient. Easy to call Grab. Restaurants are located within 10min of walk. I recommend Restauron Ipoh 新怡保飯店 for dinner.
Inside the room, clean, tidy and you have everything you need, tooth brush, tooth paste, coffee machines, nespresso capsule etc. air con is strong, bed is comfortable, can relax after a hot day’s walk.
Breakfast is made to order, fresh and delicious. Staff are exceptional friendly. I stay in many 5-stars hotel but nobody like Bedrock who will bring you to the room and show you where the amenities are. Debbie, the hotel manager, is very friendly and helpful on any question you may have.
I’m very happy with my stay here at Bedrock and will recommend to travelers in Ipoh.

The room is spacious! With one master bedroom and stairs connecting to another bedroom in the attic (3 beds and 2 bathrooms in total).
The staff members (especially the manager) and the owner were extremely helpful and friendly. They gave us detailed information about local attractions and eateries, and also gave some medicine for my dad when he suffered from diarrhea.
Probably the best hotel in town!

酒店每位職員都十分熱心. 會介紹酒店周邊必去地點, 及建議安排。因為他們, 令我覺得怡保十分有人情味!
酒店房間設備齊全, 設有冷熱水機方便隨時飲水, 這是我所有旅行住宿經驗中最好的設施了。
洗手間提供足夠的掛鉤; 另外乾濕分離做得很好. 唯一對我個人不便的是沒有護髮素. 只是我個人的問題, 整體都是十分完美。
感覺酒店是老闆有住過, 所以完全了解住客的需要.
早餐安排也很好, 會提供西式早餐和馬式早餐。另設有自助櫃位可以自行取麵包、零食或穀物片。
離開酒店前往火車站時﹐職員熱情地與我們道別。很喜歡她的一句, 未食哂既野下次再黎食
我一定會考慮再到怡保﹐將未食的美食食盡。
下一次都必定選bedrock hotel~

Definitely value for money. Great service! Walking distance to the old town. Simple but nice breakfast. To me the only invent is the shower tray which is a half panel glass so water will spell out to the floor when shower, but overall it is not a big problem. Highly recommended

Very clean and spacious room, well decorated and maintained, the bathroom is very clean and pleasant too. Free mini-bar snacks provided which my kid liked very much.
The only problem is one of the lamps cannot be switched off when we slept, and we have to cover it up by ourselves.
Overall we enjoyed the stay and highly recommended this decent accommodation to others.
