Best Studio Guest House

Studio yang boleh occupied up to 5-6 dewasa, siap bagi toto dalam 3/4 unit, katil queen & katil single, aircond sejuk, cuma TV je tak banyak siaran dimaafkan sebab datang nak berjalan bukan nak tengok TV. Lepas itu condition bilik ok ok since saya tahu dia dah lama dah saya stay sini dari 2019 kalau saya pergi KB, cadar semua bersih, carpark basement foc, saya memang stay kbcp kalau ke Kota Bharu sebab senang saya nak bergerak, kereta park kat basement je lepas itu jalan kaki pergi Pasar Siti Khadijah, night market Dataran Mara, pasar pagi Jumaat area kbcp. Tempat makan dekat-dekat je /grab food pun boleh kalau tak larat nak keluar. Overall 8.5/10. Nice

penginapan yang selesa . kemudahan persekitaran cukup. makan minum . hotel betul2 di tengah bandar kota bharu. katil bilik perlu ditukar kerana telah patah. saya tido sakit pinggang. dan bilik air juga perlu dibasuh. saya bagi 3 bintang

The hotel is very old, smells bad, many room interiors are damaged, walls are cracked, air conditioning doesn't work, lights don't turn on. The front desk told to insert a card but didn't give a card room only a room key, then told us to use any card, but even after inserting a timezone card, it didn't work. The bed seems like it hasn't been cleaned for months, it smells musty and is dirty. I wouldn't recommend staying here, even for budget travelers. I think sleeping in a mosque would be more comfortable.

I want to make a complaint. 1. The room has a lot of cockroaches, on the floor, on the bed, under the bed, under the pillow, under the comforter and under the sheets. 2. Flat and bad pillows. 3. Itchy sheets and comforters. 4. Mineral water, 3 in 1 coffee, tea and sugar are not provided. 5. The bathroom door has no latch or lock. 6. Soap and shampoo are not provided.

Room not well maintained. Air condition not working well. Bathroom door broken cannot lock from outside.

Some bed in the room is too old and need to be changed for unit no S-2-16 as we feel spring during sleep.

Located in KB town centre. New studio apartment with amenities. Friendly host.

Mineral water is not available and the cleaner disturb before check out.. two times open the door

Overall ok but hope the cleaner not enter the room if not still 12 PM. Customer not checkout yet but the cleaner open the door at 11.45 earlier from 12.

Spacious, comfy room. Will stay here again. The owner is very nice and friendly.

Would be nice for those staying more than one day for the management to come and collect the trash in the bin and change the towels daily.
