Bintang Square Hotel

我们选择这家酒店的唯一原因就是它离医院很近。看了评论之后，我原本还挺乐观的。虽然价格比其他酒店便宜，但住了一晚之后，我和家人发现，晚上办理入住时，我们在前台等了大约30分钟。我们拨打了前台列出的所有电话号码，但都没人接。我们按了门铃，在酒店院子里转了一圈，也没找到负责人。打了无数个电话后，终于有人接了，结果发现他正在楼上睡觉。这种服务非常不专业，让我们全家都非常失望。

舒适的房间，装饰精美。所有基本设施一应俱全，例如饮水机、微波炉和熨斗，方便取用，而且这些设施就在入住柜台旁边。地理位置优越，步行即可到达马来西亚理科大学医院，旁边就是Dobi餐厅和美味的“Nasi Kak Wok”，而且离Mydin和其他餐厅也很近。以后还会再次预订这里。谢谢

1. Toilet light Initially entered the room, the toilet light not working correctly. It blinks, and since we arrived at night, no technician can help already. After some time, then it stopped blinking and worked just fine. 2. Water heater on and off The water heater not stable, it was on and off during the stay. And upon early morning, it was not hot at all and I have to shower in cold water. 3. Water volume / speed At the night of arrival, the water speed was very good. But unfortunately in the morning since around 4am, the water got very slow and shower not even working since it is not a pump water heater. Until at 7am, the water was tremendously slow and again, it was not a good morning for me and my family. 4. Toilet cleanliness The shower head, sink and some places were not completely clean. The night I arrived, there can be seen the dirt caused by water and not cleaned thoroughly. I could use the water pipe to clean them, so why can’t the hotel do the same? I know I paid an affordable price for a room of 4 people. But it was not a good experience because still, I paid for the facilities advertised/ offered. Perhaps the hotel could invest some money and upgrade their facilities.

Bilik ok, bersih, kemudahan banyak walaupun hotel bajet, staff peramah... Cuma ada penginap yang merokok dalam bilik sampai masuk asap ke bilik saya...

Bilik penuh, bayaran tak boleh ambik balik.

Hotel baik tapi pintu bilik air tu kena tukar yang lipat supaya senang orang gemok nak masuk.

I would give 4.5 to 5 stars for its price. It's best assets are its location and staff (5 stars for that).

Bilik amat selesa dan bersih, di luar jangkaan, cuma tekanan air shower agak rendah. Tapi masih berpuas hati menginap di sini, layanan staff juga memuaskan.

This accommodation is perfect for people who need to go to USM or HUSM. The hotel were clean, their wifi is so fast, their AC was good. During my 6 days in Kota Bharu, one day I have to go to HUSM at 3am and their staff member help me! Very professional staff. I will go to this hotel every time I go to Kota Bharu

Dekat dengan hospital usama, resepsionis ramah.

Extremely bad odour in room. Uncomfortable toilet condition.

Very close to USM, about 5 mins walking distance, very convenient stay as everything is just nearby. Banks, ATMs, supermarket, food stalls, etc. Reasonable price, but I will be more grateful if the toilet is cleaned properly. Thanks

Pros: Simple and compact. Very friendly staffs. Clean and tidy room. Great location. Near shops. Very comfortable. Air-cond condition superb and no noise. Cons: Room is not sound proofed. Less accomodations. No electric kettle. Small blanket. Does not have enough hanging place. Does have free drink packets. Recommended to whomever wanted to stay at Kota Bharu.
