Everything was good and fine. I was requested for high floor room but I got first level. I hope next time I got higher room as per requested. Thanks.

The room air-condition was not working to our expectation.

Bilik yang luas dan selesa. Penyaman udara berfungsi dengan baik. Berdekatan dengan the spring. Cuma pelarasan suhu water heater tidak berfungsi dengan baik jadi terlalu panas

Bed sheet, comforter looks old, pillow only 2 given. If ask more will be charged.

At first glance, it seems like this hotel could give everything that you need for its price range (and this was true for me). However, there are a few things which I think are the major turn-offs about this hotel: 1. Wifi. Most probably, that was like the worst wifi connection for a hotel. I couldn't even load a shit at all. Even an inn can do so much better on this. Mind you that the wifi is the worst. 2. The room card. It's very confusing because your room number is not stated on the card and this would be a problem if you're booking more than one room. You have to check the card one by one at the scanner in the lift to go from one level to another. Worst case scenario, just use the stair (which we did) and the stair is spooky. 3. Breakfast. It's just average and menu pelik. Entah apa-apa hidang sweet and sour fish fillet for breakfast? I was too stunned to speak. Definitely not gonna come here again.

All request during booking were ignored. 1) First requested for instead were told during check in both rooms were separated from different floor. 2) Secondly requested high floor but not fullfill also. Breakfast were served with cold food.

I was given room 606. The air conditioner was not working. And they gave me a table fan. This was unacceptable.

Bilik lambat tersedia dr waktu sepatutnya. Masuk-masuk bilik, bau rokok. Lantai basah keseluruhan basah. Towel xada. Apabila call kaunter, pekerja yang jawab macam nak xnak layan. Towel dihantar dah lewat petang.

Room super noisy. No soundproof. 1st night black out, hotel no generator. At the morning, no water, repair water pump.

Very attentive housekeeping service. Limited breakfast spread, but adequate. Clean rooms, hot water, cold aircond.
