Brezza Hotel Sitiawan

我预订的是双床/双人间，备注里已经写明了有两张单人床，但入住时工作人员却告诉我我的房间只有一张大床。我问为什么会这样，工作人员却无法回答我，因为如果我想订两张单人床，需要额外付费。要订两张单人床的房间，我别无选择，只能额外付费。既然无法提供两张单人床，为什么房型选项里会显示双床/双人间呢？这真是一次糟糕的酒店体验。

房间电视无法使用。浴室窗户锁坏了。

当你进入房间时，气味非常难闻，非常难闻。 浴室很脏，很臭，蚊子很多。。

Good centralized location, on a quieter road. Public street parking available in front of hotel. Can only use Perak state car parking app or T&G e-wallet to pay for parking from 8am-6pm Mon-Sat, no more parking physical coupons or e-coupons. Convenient as near to many eateries & the wet market. Basic room set-up, no fridge or safe. No cupboard, only a few clothes hangars available. Bed is comfortable and room is quiet. The twin room has windows but no view as they open up to an air-well. Cleanliness in room & bath is good. No cigarettes smoke smell and stench from bathroom. Good water pressure. No shower curtain in bathroom so whole area may get very wet after shower. Air-conditioning works well. Strong TV & wifi signal. Water dispenser & ironing is provided in common areas. I enjoyed my stay as the room is comfortable & its surrounding area relaxing.

Too bad with this hotel service, I have check in but the housekeeping still access my room without my permission. And that time I was in the toilet too bad, and also they want to save until the reception Aircon also off feel that air recirculating too bad and hot at that area.

Staf tidak mesra. Kami dah bayar, tapi masih minta resit bayaran. Perlu menunggu lama untuk check in, tiada lif disediakan.

The room is clean, new and value for money. The only problem is the staff attitude when noticed I am booked through online. They offered me the homestay room that toilet is not attached in the room and I need to walk outside the room if I would like to go to toilet. The reason they gave me was there are full house and no more room available for me. My booking room is deluxe double room. They told me the money I paid is too low and they only able to provide me the homestay room. I was insisted to get the room I booked and finally they are no choice and just find me the room I booked. I hope that management can properly handle well this problem.

The mattress is as hard as rock The pillow is so thick that you can get pain the next day. Really cannot sleep with the hard mattress.

So comfort with reasonable price

The service was excellent. Receptionist and cleaners were very kind and helpful. I love their toilet's water pressure and water temperature, it was powerful and hot enough.
