Very conveniently located opposite Centre Point Shopping Centre and 200 metres from the waterfront dining precinct. This property offers immaculately clean rooms with private bathrooms and good air conditioning. Don’t expect hotel like facilities (gym, front desk etc), but if you just want a room to base yourself for your Sabah adventures, this is a great find!

Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Room was more roomy than in the pictures and you could tell the hosts pay attention to detail and really went out of their way for the comfort of their guests by providing many various amenities. I stayed in 4 different accom this trip and they were the most well-equipped. Though there is no lift, hosts offered to help carry our luggage. Location is wonderful and it is very near all the yummy food places.

Room was more roomy than in the pictures and you could tell the hosts pay attention to detail and really went out of their way for the comfort of their guests by providing many various amenities. 제셀톤포인트까지 도보20분정도인데 구경삼아 걸어다닐만해요. 건물이 레지던스 건물이라기보단... 일반적인 현지느낌나는 건물이라서 좀 놀랐긴했지만 내부는 깔끔했어요. 큰 바퀴벌레가 한번나와서...놀랬는데. 방역처리해주신다고 하셨어요. 프론트데스크는 없지만 요청하면 바로바로 피드백이 와서 좋았습니다!!

1층은 숙박업소가 맞나 약간 의심될 수 있지만 자신을 믿고 3층까지 올라가세요. 실내는 매우 훌륭합니다. 매니저분이 카카오톡으로 자주 소통해주시고 불편한게 있는지 물어봐주세요. 입구 방이라서 약간 시끄러웠는데 1번 방이 아닌 다른 방을 예약하면 괜찮을 것 같아요. 조식은 없지만 주변 로컬 식당이 매우 많고 큰 쇼핑몰이 있습니다. 그랩 타면 거의 대부분은 5링깃(1500원)으로 갈 수 있어요.
