Kamar dengan tata letak: tempat tidur, kamar mandi, meja, kursi yang baik membuat kamar terasa luas. Kebersihan kamar baik. Saat kami tiba di kota Ipoh dengan Bus malam, sampai di hotel sekitar jam 2 pagi, air panas untuk mandi masih tersedia. Service yang baik, staff hotel sangat membantu saat kami bertanya-tanya mengenai destinasi wisata di kota Ipoh.

Dirty bed sheet. I don't think they changed the bed sheet after the guest checked out. When I pulled back the bed cover, there are lots of hairs, as if a gorilla slept here before not one hair or 2, but it was covered with it. I called the maid to change the bedding. She removed the bed covering, there was a dead bug on it. Yikes. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there.

Saya tertinggal earphone dan baru sedari apabila sampai di rumah. Memang saya teringat tertinggal di atas katil yang warnanya putih sama dengan warna cadar katil yang putih. Apabila call receptionist dia terus mengatakan tidak ada di hotel tanpa mencarinya walaupun saya merayu minta ditanyakan pada pihak housekeeping. Staff tidak menjaga kebajikan pelanggan yang mgkn akan datang lagi menginap.

Clean & safe, hopefully can make plug for charge any electric of gust and show password wifi automatic can be use some paper not only the gust ask for it.
