1. 员工友善，态度好。2. 房间：差。床垫没有床垫套，我们都能感觉到弹簧。床单像是旧的。3. 水压：两个卫生间同时使用时，水压会降低。4. 其中一个房间的空调坏了。至少应该给所有房间都配备吊扇。5. 安全：主浴室的地漏损坏，会割伤脚。总的来说，一般般。如果是临时预订，只是睡一觉，还可以。但如果要长期入住，就不行了。房间号：B3-11。

房间里应该有熨斗。有杯子，但没有盘子、叉子和勺子。空调遥控器只有一个，需要共用。电视遥控器有时不好用。最后，没有提供Wi-Fi。评分8/10

Bilik besar, bersih, cume ada sedikit berbau, aircond ada satu bilik kurang sejuk, kolam pula tak bernasib baik sebab tutup, ada part rosak. So far ok laa, staf membantu, aircond rosak pun cepat baiki.

Swimming pool best, bilik fully aircond. Bilik bersih. Aircond sejuk. Setiap bilik semua ada aircond. Ruang tamu besar. Best puas hati. Cuma nak bilik hadap pool tak dapat. Pastu lift jauh dari bilik. Agak kesian untuk orang tua. 😌

The location was definitely awesome coz’ not far from the famous Teluk Chempedak beach. Nice clean place. But I need to highlight some hiccups. The unit we stay B5-17 the master bedroom toilet don’t have a towel holder & shower gel/shampoo holder. Imagine your having shower but you don’t know where to place yr shampoo/shower gel. The tv only 2 have pathetic channels. The fan remote were not working. But other than that the apartment was awesome.

Bilik sangat memuaskan, bersih, kemas cuma tiada housekeeping untuk kemaskan bilik, kami stay 3 hari dua malam dan kolam sangat-sangat ok dan anak-anak happy, sesuai untuk yang bawa family ramai.
