The family suite is suitable to fit about 7 family members, recommendable budget stay. The hotel is clean; the location is good and nearby to get your basic needs or food. The hotel needs to upgrade the toilet condition and its toiletries for the family suite because it is not enough.

the toilet is so small. there is no sofa like in the pictures. I got prank about the sofa. the floor is quite dirty as well.everything looks too old. need to replace. the blanket is the cadar itself, so thin.there is no aircond remote control, I need to use that thin cadar to cover my body. f**ing cold. if I switch off, then it's f**ing hot.no proper blanket is available. please use proper blanket as well as the towel. towel is so thin and small like I bought in kedai eco rm 2. please replace everything so that it's value with the money we pay.need to improve more.

I guess you get what you pay. Room was ok in terms of hygiene.But the rooms are screaming for fixing, especially the roof.I has many holes in it.Check in was super slow and I didn't get the room I booked for, ended had to pay extra. Only stayed there roughly 6 hours, couldn't stand it and had to leave. Wifi wasn't working when I check in.

not convenient for old fragile people, no lift, no water provided, mugs were dirty, bathroom was dirty. non friendly staff
