Car park is managed by local council & it is on first-come-first-serve basis. Customer is required to park at their own risk. Customers who check-out later than 12.00 noon will be subject to penalty charge at minimum MYR 10.00 per hour. Amount may be different depending on hotel's occupancy. A tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. A security deposit of MYR 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
In accordance with government guidelines to minimize transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property can only accept bookings from essential workers/permitted travelers on dates where such guidelines exist. MITI letter must be provided on arrival.

Is ok that the room is small but I cannot accept that the room is in bad condition, the room is smelly, bedsheet is dirty, toilet did not wash. will think twice for the next visit of the condition did not improve.

the hotel room wasn't the same as advertised..it looked small... rooms had a funny smell and the smell stayed the whole day.. checked out early.. did not stay overnight.

Hotel yang cocok untuk yang punya budget terbatas. Kamar kecil tapi nyaman lengkap sesuai dengan harganya. Kebersihan kamar bagus tapi sedikit kotor ada kecoak kecil. Overal 6/10 untuk kebersihan. Lokasi bagus, banyak rumah, makan di sekitar dekat pusat belanja. Recommended untuk yang budget terbatas.

Room is dirty, pillow case is smelly and they never change it. When asking for change, front desk don't even have key to open cabinet to get a new pillow case alrhough housekeeping has off shift. Bad service from this hotel, not worth for money.

Saya menginap 4 malam serius menyesal. Berlipas kot hotel ni, lipas sana sini berlambak. Kepada yang takut lipas janganlah cuba-cuba dream kat SN. Tak tahu lah dream hotel area kawsan lain sama ke x. Tapi saya tengok je name hotel ni fobiyah dah nak nginap.
