Staff yang friendly, cuma tiada tempat yang menarik berdekatan hotel selain dekat dengan tempat event majlis. Tiada pilihan kedai makan berhampiran hotel.

Very pleasant stay and really enjoy here with the surrounding that really near to amenities such as restaurants, convenience store, ATM machine bank and so on . It is worth the price with the room .

Room very nice, infrastructure also good only bad thing I don’t like is breakfast there are less option for me.

Front desk staff attitude not friendly. Hotel environment looks super dim and didn't well cleaned. Room smelly not well cleaned. Floor is 'sticky'. Towel put on the rusty rack.

The swimming pool was broken so cannot be enjoyed.

Pengahawa dingin tidak berfungsi dengan baik. 2 kali panggil technician. Tujuan utama penginapan kerana anak-anak nak berenang tetapi semasa booking online tidak dimaklumkan pool tutup dah 2 bulan dan 2 bulan lagi ditutup semasa kami menginap. Penginapan yang mengcewakan.

This hotel is convinience, near to shopping malls, restaurant and shops.

The biggest issue was regarding the room key. The hotel provided us with only one room key. It was a major problem for us as the lifts require room key access as well. So if one of you needs to go down, the other person in the room has to bear with no electricity. Besides that, we had to pay for the parking on our own as visitors. No complimentary parking provided. Plus, it’s cashless parking. You need ti make sure that your touch and go is loaded enough. As for the food, we did not have the opportunity to have anything at the hotel. So we can’t judge. But location is super convenient. Everything you need right outside of the hotel.

Mostly okay but... 1. clogged bathroom in room 815. if I shower too long the bathroom could become a pool. 2. dark hallway to the rooms. why make it black? it's like entering karaoke premise. not so inviting. 3. unbelievable ground floor parking rate. my sister was charged rm88 via touch and go for just parking 2 hours near the lobby. supposed it should only be rm3 per hour. what's going on? why at the touch and go point there was a guard asking to pay directly at him? and he requested rm90! 4. the tap at the toilet was leaking. 5. the price should be lower considering all these issues.

Saya pertama kali menginap di hotel ini karena dekat dengan acara keluarga yang di adakan juga di hotel ini. Saya merasa hotel ini bukan hotel bintang 4, sebagaimana iklannya. Hal ini yang membuat saya tidak menyenangkan.

I lost my passport on my way back to airport. Called up the hotel staff and they were very patient and supportive in trying to search and locate my passport wherever possible I might have misplaced it. A hotel with human touch.

Front desk, waiter & breakfast need to to improve.

They should have mentioned that the room is a no view room.

This hotel have a nice friendly staff. But i am not satisfied with the room when near with the lift. Because i can hear what sound is happen at the outside when i was inside my room.

Air cond was difficult to manipulate and was malfunctioning every now and then by itself all night (room 613)

Menu makanan tidak ada variasi, sabun yang disediakan hanya 1, dan lorong lantai gelap.

Dusty room's lights are dim and not welcoming. Some of the equipment is not working in the room for instance the hair dryer was not working in my room.

This is hotel very good for travel, low price, room very clean, and staff always smile service good, facility swimming pool outdoor

Housekeeping opened the door after only one single knocking after twelve at noon, while I'm still preparing inside, moments before I checked out.
