Hotel ini sangat teruk dan pekerjanya tidak telus menjalankan tugas. Tandas tiada bekalan air. Pengurusan sekadar melepaskan batuk di tangga dan melakukan kerja sambil lewa.

they should at least provide clean bedsheets, clean floor, clean blanket, clean towel. If provide everything so dirty, better not provide or don't rent out the room. it's terrible. they expected to have a guest check in but the room looks like it was clean a year ago. no electricity, need to change another room with the same conditions. full of cigarettes smell. please do something bout this.

Bilik berbau, alas tilam kotor ada bekas darah period,selimut bau kepam, atas bantal pun lusuh nampak geli dan berbau. Menyesal check in sini dalam gambar nampak ok dah check teruk.
