交通便利，靠近商场，但是清洁度不太好。

It started with a disappointment. The reception lobby looked like a grocery shop. We were not sure whether it was the real entrance. There was no information that there were old and new wings. I booked 2 rooms, I was given 1 at the old wing and 1 at the new wing. I was given a room at level 3, and there was no mention that there was no staircase there. So I had to haul my luggage up 3 flights of stairs, with my bad knee. I wonder what happens to those who brought their old parents to stay there. Upon entering, the room at the old wing had a musty smell. The furniture and the bathroom are definitely outdated. There was only one pillow per bed. There were lots of strange noises in the night. The other room at the new wing was better, though. All in all, if you need a spacious room, this hotel is for you. But better ask for the room at the new wing.

Maaf sebelumnya tapi ac tak okeyy tak hidup , bilik luas tapi panas and air dia agak keruh colour coklat cmtu lah , tapi bilik bersih , cuman kecewa sebab AC dia ja lah

Hotel ok..bilik ok,besar Dan selesa..bilik bersih, toilet pun bersih..ada swimming pool Dan hotel pun berdekatan dngan mall Dan kedai²lain..senang ...🙂

Pleasant comfortable stay, shower need to be upgraded as water pressure not consistent. Noise level higher compared to other hotels. Friendly and efficient front desk. One of the 2 hotels in Alor Star that I will stay with anytime.

Value for money. Very spacious with all the necessities that I needed for a good stay.

1.) service okay (but need to improve from time to time, staff should be more friendly (6/10). 2.) facility not really helping (5/10).especially no phone at room to make a call. no coffee & tea, no shower cap, no hanger and what's make me really disappointed is, no plug near to the mirror for plug in hair dryer even the mirror so big like a door. the plug is very far from the mirror, even in toilet also no plug at all 😫 3.) cleanliness is okay (7/10).. I am staying at room 516 (17/aug/19)

Friendly receptionist and good accomodation.

Nice room. Spacious. Friendly receptionist/ housekeeping. Lift a little bit smelly. Got swimming pool, futsal, badminton court.

Good location, nice view, good facilities and there is a lot of car park at the back near to elevator.. Only the towel is smelly

Suasana hotel gaduh riuh karena lokasi hotel digunakan untuk arena olah raga seperti batminton, futsal, renang yang kegiatannya sampai larut malam bahkan jam 02.00 dini hari, otomatis sangat mengganggu istirahat tamu hotel. Handuk kamar mandi bau sangat apek 2 malam tinggal di hotel ini sangat tidak nyaman. Cukup sekali saja menginap di hotel ini.

Lokasi sangat strategik. Bilik bersih & selesa. Luas, sesuai untuk family. Tandas bersih kecuali tuala berbau hapak.

Tempat selesa sangat dan pelayanan ok.

Room condition was okay. Bathroom was clean. The price is affordable.
