根据马来西亚皇家海关部的公告，从2023年1月1日起，对所有非马来西亚籍或非马来西亚永久居民的酒店客人征收旅游税。请注意，酒店将在您入住酒店时向您收取旅游税。旅游税率为每房每晚10令吉。
自2025年1月1日起，马六甲州政府对所有酒店住宿征收每间入住房间每晚3.00令吉的遗产税。此费用可能会更改，恕不另行通知。此费用将在客人抵达时由酒店收取。

一般入住手续说明
A tourism tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is excluded from the room rates and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Upon check-in, hotel Front Desk will collect from guests MYR 2.00 Melaka Local Government Fee per room per night. This fee is excluded from room rates. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. This deposit will be fully refunded if there is no damage or abuse of facilities occurred among your stay. All special request such as early check-in, late check-out, higher floor, extra bed etc are strongly subject to availability. Guests are encouraged to contact hotel at least 24 hours before arrival. Charges may apply. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability.

kurang memuaskan karena ukuran kamar tidak sesuai dengan gambar yang tertera di traveloka..lampu tidur yang ada di dinding spring bed tidak hidup/mati...

Kamar lumayan luas, di depan hotel ada yang jual makanan, jadi tidak susah kalau laper nyari makanan, tidak jauh dari jonker walk, Next time pasti ke sini lagi kalau ke melaka.

Ternyata kamarnya kecil banget, mau shalat saja susah, mau kemana-mana juga jauh. Saya pikir tadinya bisa jalan kaki saja. Ternyata harus pakai tadi atau grab, tapi hotelnya bersih dan resepsionisnya ramah.

Not satisfied with the hotel services. I booked for two room with 2 single bed but when i reached at the hotel, I've being told that i only can get 1 room only because it was full. I show the my booking through my email. They said they make a mistake because they did not close the booking online. I make them to give me 2 room as per booking but i need to pay additional money RM50 to get the room for 1 queen and 1 single bed. I really not satisfied with the hotel services. Also the hotel worker show like they bot guilty in this case. Never say sorry to us. Please do some thing to the hotel and i put a bad remark for this hotel. Never come again.
