KK Waterfront Hotel

The cleanliness was terrible. I got a lot of baby cockroach inside my room. Because of there is no window, the room feels humid.

No towel in the room & they asked to get it yourself from the counter.

Lambat urusan daftar masuk w'pun dah booking awal..bilik sangat sempit berbeza daripada gambar (info keluasan xde)..seterika pun payah nak dapat sebab share dengan customer bilik yang lain..dah dapat, plug china bukan plug malaysia..bilik dengan toilet penuh dengan anak anak lipas..toilet bowl kotor..air cond cuma angin sahaja..sarapan pagi kurang..memang sangat tidak berpuas hati..mujur amek 1 malam..niat nak amek 2 malam..bad experience

Air conditioner not really work for no window room. I can't sleep well all the night. Very hot and difficult to breath.

Malam pertama menginap di hotel tersebut, bekalan elektrik tiada sehingga jam 4 pagi. Ada pelanggan hotel yang bertengkar. Tidak boleh membuat pembatalan sedangkan bayaran dibuat secara tunai di kaunter hotel dan telah di caj untuk malam kedua.

I am staying early July 2020. I stay alone. Room quite spacious for the price, worth it. Hotel not provide parking, the nearest parking need to pay starting at RM6 because its manage privately. To get cheaper parking, need to walk about 200 meter at Dewan Bandaraya KK parking, the rate is 1 hour about 80 sen (if not mistaken). For breakfast, since it's during MCO, only 2 choices available for main dish (ala carte), coffee, 1 juice and plain water provided. Hotel very near witk KK Waterfront. Overall satisfy.

Hotel di pusat kota kina balu. Untuk wisata city tour lokasi sangat menguntungkan dekat dengan pusat hiburan, makanan, dan shoping center. Kurangnya deposit hotel lumayan 100 apa 200 ringit ya. Saya lupa...

I found a used towel on the cabinet. Fresh towel was available, of course. Maybe the housekeeper missed it. lol. Breakfast is satisfactorily decent.

Hotel yang berbaloi dan bilik luas, di dalam bandar KK, dekat kedai makan dan piliphino market.

Harga mahal, siaran TV cuma ada 2, TV1 dan TV2. Tu pun tidak clear dan tidak boleh tengok. Tangki jamban rosak. Sarapan jam 7 pagi baru buka. sepatutnya jam 6 pagi dah buka, langsung tidak memuaskan dan tidak sepadan dengan harga.

the location is good but I think the housekeeping did not do the work properly as my room was dusty. Breakfast buffet was just okay and lack of variety. Otherwise everything was good

Staf hotel yang menguruskan check in terlalu lama. Tidak disediakan parking untuk hotel.

Hotel yang sangat selesa, lokasi yang stategik di tengah bandar KK, cuma untuk muslim tidak dicadangkan ambil bersama sarapan pagi kerana di dalam cafe terdapat arak juga.

Bilik agak kecil. Makanan tak berapa best dan ragu-ragu untuk dimakan bagi muslim. Cuma lokasinya dekat dengan pasar Filipin.

Good and satisfied but very difficult to find a parking..

room was ok and comfy. the only thing was the music from the bar situated across the hotel. it was not loud just the bass coming in to the room

the room is clean and tidy. the location is walkable to Centre Point, Pasar Philipine, pasar malam.

no internet/wifi access..even though refer frontdesk

Sarapan biasa saja. Bilik sempit tkde peti sejuk, check out 12.40pm kena caj late check out RM30.00, harga bilik RM200++ memang tak berbaloi.
