Bad service & slow. Dah sampai hotel pukul 12 tapi kene sadai sampai pukul 4.30, even check-in kol 2. Bilik tak de privacy, kemudahan pun kurang

While my experience staying here in 2016 was good, the experience last week wasn't. Maybe it was the fact that I was in the ground floor room. The room isn't thoroughly clean. During the day, you can hear people walking literally outside the room/bathroom. At night there are kittens meowing and running around. This place also lacks security. Anybody can just walk into the hotel area as the front door is unlocked and no one at the front desk at times. The only lock in the room is just the doorknob lock. If you don't mind that, then it's value for money.

Great Host and Hotel. Nice facilities and nearby fast food such as mcdonald. Cafe besides hotel open at 4.30pm
