Toilet bowl leaking. TV not working. Room door not fully equipped with safety features. Room a bit dim. We required to top certain amount to changed room. Neighboring people slam the door every morning.

Very good hotel. The room was just as in photos and clean. Will stay here again in future. Well located near Imago shopping mall and airport. Clean neighbourhood. Well recommended.

Bagi yang bawa keluarga direkomendasikan hotel manja ini, lingkungan aman, kamar nyaman, ruangan agak besar, air mandi panas dingin oke, air minum dispenser tersedia, restoran 24 jam tersedia disekitar hotel, yang lebih nyaman Imago Mall berjarak 100 jalan kaki.

I have left my card (member card) in hotel and check out, I call and ask for my card the next day, the staff tell me they throw it already. They should keep it or call to customer to ask before do anythings, bad service and funny!!!!

I've an excellent stay here. Fav place to stay so far but there's some where air conditioner have to be service and some maintenance needed by the management. Otherwise, it was a great hotel and fullfilled all requirements as theres a vacant...
