As said there is 3 rooms and the master bedroom that the aircond can't be remotely operate and plenty of spider web where the kitchen utensils missing. As for the water pressure is bad that even the flushing bowl isn't working and all rooms seems to be mosquito infestation place if they can make it up better before we gets in then I surely will give it the best review

There was nobody there to let us in, there were no wardrobes or bedside cabinets, the kitchen was in a poor state, the air con wasn’t working, the advertising picture is 20 years out of date, there’s no means of contacting the owner as the number provided is out of use, and no email address or front desk. The pool, coffee shop and gym were all locked up and out of use. The lift door has no sensor mechanism so closes on anyone trying to get in or out. Brown water in toilet, shower was probably as old as the history of showers themselves. Over all, nowhere near value for money. Not somewhere I would either recommend or return to.

Is very cheap but the lift and everything is very old, but the area is easy to call a grab , if you wanna to save money u can choose them

Overall it looks good and we are 3 families and we spent 3 days in apartment.

1) Toilet bowl chok 2) Refrigerator dirty 3) Taps leaking

Fridge, bathroom water heater were not working. One of the toilet flush was blocked but the guy fixed it when reported. Photos on website are very misleading as the exterior is old and tarnished

no hot shower. bed sheet, pillow etc not clean. aprt is old and required enovation. kitchen rusty

old furniture, toilet need to do renovation.
