Maya Hotel

Everything was OK for my staff who had stayed in the hotel. So far, not much comments.

Room comfortable, clean, good value for money and staff friendly.

Pemandangan pagi keren. Semua fasilitas oke hanya saja tidak ada air panasnya.

Good> Check-in: We arrived around 9.30 PM & already informed the receptionist about our late arrival. The Check-in process was smooth & easy. No room deposit. | Room: Our room is located on level 2. Need to walk upstairs. The room size was just okay. Our room is not small & not too spacious. Our room has a balcony. Can chill & have fresh air. | Room facilities: Very basic facilities. TV, table, wardrobe, side/coffee table, chair, telephone, cup x 2 pieces, short glass x 2 pieces, spoon x 1 piece, Indocafe x 2 pieces, water heater jug, towel x 2 pieces, slipper, floor mat, outdoor chairs with table for a balcony, toilet roll, shower cream inside the wall-mounted soap dispenser, bin x 2 pieces. The air conditioner is very cold. Have a water dispenser in the hallway for cold & hot water for hotel guests. | Extra: Free 30 minutes sauna for hotel guests. | Check-out: The check-out process was smooth & easy. | Bad> Breakfast: Our room stated with breakfast included but the receptionist informed us that since MCO the restaurant/cafe was shut down & no breakfast was served. | Room: Have unpleasant smell maybe come from the toilet bowl. Room wall & ceiling look not well maintained maybe because this hotel offers budget room. | Room facilities: Rusty metal at wardrobe, table & toilet. Not safe especially for children & old folks. Bedsheet, comforter & towel look old, torn & fragile. The chair fabric cover has also torn a bit | Price: Hotel promo rate is cheaper about RM4 than our paid price at Traveloka. | Overall opinion> Good stay for short period. Budget hotel. Affordable price. Near to Pasar Lahad Datu, Ramai-Ramai & Pasar Malam. Need to walk upstairs up to level 2 & bear in mind the furniture or equipment may be rusty. No allocated parking for the hotel. Need to park at any available parking space near the hotel.

Bilik yang selesa, terbaik, sesuai untuk penginapan persendirian atau berkeluarga, parking pun banyak.

Very nice place, nice staff, good facilities, very recommend

Breakfast menu were limited. We could only choose from two options. But the most dissapointing is that they don't have elevator. So we have to climb up stairs to our room in level 3.
